My mobile key never worked and there is no housekeeping. Staff was really nice but I wish the hotel was affiliated with a pool/ gym. I didn't learn about the lounge on the 2nd floor until my second day there. Room is clean and amenities are nice. I wish there was a fridge and microwave in the room since it's more of an air b and b setup.

It was nice that there was a lounge for guests with plenty of coffee, a microwave, utensils, and a laundry room. Bed was clean and comfortable and the showers were hot.

The room was small but very clean and comfortable. The staff we encountered were super friendly and helpful. There were luggage lockers, which was great for our early arrival before a baseball game. The only small thing was that there were no paper coffee cups in our room, so we had to improvise to have morning coffee. It was also a great location.

I had to book a hotel last-minute when my friend got COVID and found this one. I'm glad I did! Overall, it was a solid choice in an extremely convenient location. The rooms aren't huge, since the hotel is in an older building right Downtown. But the fixtures in the bathroom are nice, the wifi is good, and the staff are friendly. My room had bunkbeds, which are not common in hotels and maybe some people wouldn't like. But it was very clear when I booked that that was the bed type in the room and it worked well for me. And I could see that setup being helpful for friends traveling together. A few minor notes - the shampoo and body wash in the shower was high-quality and the water and chocolates were a nice touch. It was weird having a code rather than key to enter my room, but maybe that's just because I'm not used to it. The air conditioning was my biggest gripe - it was okay but not strong enough to keep the room as cool as I would have liked.
