The room was so cute and clean. I've been in several "suites" at other hotels that basically had a bed and a couch in the same room. This has a little living room and the bedroom is separate. Everything was clean and it smelled clean when I walked in. They have designated parking in front of your door, which is great because you don't have to search for a parking spot and not end up far from your room. There are no amenities at this hotel or food. However, you know this information when you researched the hotel. It is perfect for a family to come and stay and spend their day out and about exploring the area. Even for multiple nights. We will stay here again if we decide to have a close getaway.

Nice location, very convenient. Our suite was cozy and warm, though the heater (between the two rooms was noisy). The room was showing a little bit of wear and tear but nothing dramatic. All in all a very nice place to stay, we will stay there again.

I've been here several times since my daughter goes to Roger Williams University It's only a very short distance away and it's reasonably priced. The only negative thing that I have to say is the rooms book up early if the college has an event going on.
