If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.Please note that only registered guests are allowed at the property.Guests are liable for any damage to the property that occurs during their stay.The minimum age to stay is 25 years.In order to complete the self-check-in process, guests are required to provide an ID before arrival. If you choose not to provide your ID before arrival, you may not use the self check-in. Instead, you will have to provide your ID upon arrival during normal check-in hours.Renovation work on the Greenlinks Community Pool will be carried out from June 22nd, 2026, and is expected to take approximately 10 weeks.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
