We recently stayed at Falcon Point for a week. We arrived with minimal expectations because we didn't read many reviews. Wow, what a beautiful surprise! Our family of four were pleased with the one-baked kitchen, which was clean, modern, nicely furnished, well-stocked, and very comfy. Our teenage boys commented that the sofa bed was among the nicest they had ever slept on. The fast internet was an enormous success! Excellent location. Arapahoe is one hour away, Copper is a 30-minute drive away, and Copper is a short 30-minute drive away. There are many excellent restaurants around, and the Palmar Super Center is only a 10-minute stroll away for shopping for beer and water. For the upcoming ski trips, we will most certainly return!.

It's bad service from the receptionist. Even though the cavities are a little antiquated, that's fine. It's unacceptable when the manager and receptionist don't believe you and force you to return to your room to retry the key due to a simple card key issue. When it doesn't work and you politely request another key, they keep arguing with dead batteries or a deadbolt, which I knew weren't an issue because my wife just used her card key and it worked. Finally, I got another card key. What do you know. It worked perfectly. They even sent a mailman to check the lock. Crazy. Everything would have been fantastic if they had just trusted me and had not given me a replacement key when I first requested one. A very simple matter shouldn't become difficult.

Very relaxing accommodation in a beautiful setting along the Eagle River. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Jason is particularly warm and caring. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and appreciated the hospitality.

I would be back and recommend it without a reservation. The property is very appealing and ideally located for excellent dining activities. We stayed in a wonderful one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment on the first floor with an amazing view of mountains and a lakefront walk-around route. We had a wood-burning fireplace, a small dining area, and a full kitchen. The whole ambience was ski resort-style, which was the ideal balance for the environment. The best part of Falcon Point is the outstanding staff, supervised by the extraordinary jill scott. Their customer-focused and professional attitudes were constant. They were always prepared with honest recommendations for activities and restaurants and helped guests beyond their job description. It is clear that management is very hands-on and responsive.

Booked pre season, reasonable rates for area. Kitchen stocked w basics. Was in a 1 BR suite. Pull out was surprisingly very comfortable. No oven. Convenient shuttle to slopes. Ski lockers, boot dryer attached to Underground parking. Pool and hot tubs open even in cold March! Needed painting and frequent calls to maintenance regarding temps. Felt great after skiing. BBQ grills smelled great. Need a car to get to shopping, food, entertainment in Avon and near by. Able to print boarding passes in lobby. Beware of late night check in must be pre arranged!! No one in desk! The key is to be left in a coded mail box. Very confusing.

Skiing Suzy.

When I arrived at the resort (which I've stayed at previously) they were unable to find my reservation. The receptionist was very nice and called the main office in Denver. They had no availability and stated they never received the reservation request. They were, however able to accomodate me in their sister resort over in Vail. I did not mind this at all but after a long day of travel this was quite annoying. At the end, everything was fine but better organization between the two companies is needed.
