We enjoyed staying here. The room got a bit hot but they offer a fan and that was helpful. At night it can be a bit loud with banging noises, I used a white noise app and that helped. Overall it is very clean and comfortable. The staff very helpful and kind. Their shuttle/cab service from the airport is nice. I would stay here again.

A lovely property, but be aware there is no elevator. There are staff to lug your stuff up the stairs or store them for you. You will have to climb the stairs to your room. There are 3 floors. The ocean view room kept us entertained people watching cruise ship passengers on the docks. This was built in 1927 and that character has been maintained.

Great 100 year old historic hotel. Great staff and great location. Offers transpirtation from and to airport. Nice beds and pillows. Only negative really small shower and watch.out if anyone flushes the toilet but would stay there again.

This hotel is great for anyone trying to get an authentic experience in Ketchikan. Being in the heart of the town, it is walking distance from all the shops and restaurants and the staff was very nice and helpful.

Super friendly staff, the rooms were very clean, the shuttle worked out perfect. The lack of AC was the only issue, as our room faced the water and it was sunny and warm, but it wasn't horrible at all. Its a very pretty hotel with lots of history in the PERFECT location.. Everything is walkable. The front desk staff was wonderful and very friendly. I will totally stay there again on my next trip to Ketchikan!
