This hotel was immaculate. Clean from top to bottom. Pool area was super well equipped and maintained. The room was well appointed, clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in the area.

Clean hotel with easy in and out. The pool was closed one of the nights we were there which was disappointing as it was the main reason we booked this hotel. There was a large group of children there during our stay who were running around the halls at 1am. I’m sure this was a onetime occurrence but it would have been nice if management/ staff had curfew for young ones.

The room was larger than expected with refrigerator and microwave. Nice pool and hot tub area. I never had the breakfast but it did smell delicious each morning. Everything was as described plus extras. Go to Zekes for dinner and then play some games at Pin and Pixel or relax with some wine at Cork. Lovely area. Ice skating in winter. Splash Park in Summer.

Best hotel. The property is very clean and nice, like a newly completed building. Their pool and hot tub were great to relax and enjoy. Their breakfast was wondeful with variety additions like strawberry pancakes, everything bagel etc. There are different restaurants and other amenities nearby. Will definitely stay there again when visiting Des Moines.
