Our stay was excellent and I will definitely return. We love Cape Cod in September and at Green Harbor everything you need is right there! Beach, pool, games - we used the mini golf course every day! Plus it’s a short drive to anything else you do want or need. The property is so well cared for and the staff is kind. The flowers all around the property are a nice touch.

Lovely relaxing family friendly resort on the beach with fun activities for the children. Staff very helpful. Large 2 bed apartment, very clean and spacious but very out of date furnishings. Sofas were uncomfortable and could benefit from some cushions.

We loved the private beach! It made going to the beach so much easier; there was no waiting to get in the beach parking lot, no paying $35.00 to park, no hauling beach chairs and umbrellas, and no crowded beach. It made the trip so much more relaxing!

This was a lovely property, much quieter than the other red jacket properties. Please be aware of the property that you book. Yes you can visit all the properties but the Green harbor has no poolside bar or music and definitely not as vibrant as the blue or the red. However, it was perfect for us! The area was much smaller so you could walk to beach quickly from your cabin. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The daily fresh brewed coffee was delicious an on the house! Also super close to Hyannis harbor where we went on a sunset cruise and had dinner at waterfront restaurant We will definitely stay again.

I had an amazing stay at this resort with my two best friends and our kids (mostly teens.) The entire property is meticulously clean—from the rooms to the common areas, everything was spotless. We loved the pool, the convenient amenities, and the umbrellas/ chairs on the beach were a nice touch! The customer service was absolutely impeccable, with every staff member going above and beyond to make the stay enjoyable. A special shoutout to the registration/front desk team (Karen is a superstar) —they were incredibly kind, and professional. The rooms were super clean and well-maintained, making it easy to relax and feel right at home. (I always miss not having a full length mirror… and perhaps keyless entry, and a bar onsite would be a plus..other than that 5 stars all around) I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and exceptional service. Great location as well. Can’t wait to return!

The prior reviews were right - the friendliest, most knowledgeable staff and cleanest rooms around. Our cottage was quaint but perfectly situated by the harbor, with smell of the salt water - classic Cape Cod views of the harbor, wildlife, beaches and boats. The rooms were neat, the kitchen was extremely organized, and the quality of care is unmatched. No lines, no crowed beaches, no commercial noises - just the sound of the waves and seagulls. I would come back in a heartbeat!

Property is meticulously maintained. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The location is on the bay with beautiful views and has a private beach. Very quiet, located on a dead-end street away from busy Rt 28 yet 5 mins from the Hyannis ferries. Many outdoor activities and amenities are included. They supply beach towels, beach chairs, & lounge chairs for you to use on the beach, in addition to, the chairs/tables located at the pool. Picnic tables and grills are also provided. The rooms are clean and comfortable. My only suggestion is that they remove the carpets. It would help reduce the mustiness that is pretty standard in most hotels on the Cape. We had a lovely time and plan on staying there again! Highly recommend for young families.

Wonderful property! Staff was friendly, and cottage was clean. I have a habit of bringing my own cleaning supplies and do a high traffic clean before we unpack, my cleaning supplies were clean when I was done. We stayed with our toddlers and it was a great experience. It’s not very walkable to town, that was my misunderstanding from never being to the cape before so if you haven’t either, now you know. You dont need to leave the property if you don’t want to. We got groceries and had picnics on site, ate our breakfast at our cottage.. it was just really nice.

The Green Harbor was absolutely amazing. Great view of the bay, close proximity of restaurants, shopping and beautiful beaches. We had a 2 bedroom2bath townhouse and it was spotless. Comfortable furniture and the view was beautiful. The woman that checked us in was extremely friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back and I highly recommend staying at Green Harbor Resort
