Staff was great, and the rooms were clean. Breakfast was bagels, cereal, muffins, and a single waffle maker. Cranberry, apple, and orange juices. Elevator doors looked like they were being prepped for painting. AC worked well in our rooms.

It was clean & beds comfortable. There was a ceiling fan with a light & 2 table lamps with usb ports & electric outlets. It had coffee maker, microwave, sink & refrigerator. There was great lighting in the bathroom & all throughout the room. They even had an iron, ironing board & hair dryer. Great place to stay! Staff was very helpful when the TV wasn't working.😊

Don't judge a book by its cover. The building' look from outside isn't too convincing. By the time we entered the front desk, the smellbwas clean and fresh. The frontdesk staff is polite. The room we stayed was clean, including everything in it (beds,carpet, floor, bathroom, refridge, etc). AC is working well. Breakfast: fresh banana n oranges, coffee, juice, cereal, oatmeal, breads, yogurt, and waffle. The hotel is easily to access from main road. It's only 4 mins away to the AT&T Stadium where we parked for college visit. Overall, it is excellent experience for the price we paid. Very recommended.

Staff was friendly. The rooms were clean. The beds were super comfortable. Air conditioning worked great. There wasn’t much of a breakfast but it wasn’t a big deal. That would be the only nitpick I’d have on the stay. Everything else was great! Thanks for a good experience.

Perfect for a weekend getaway. The room was cool and had all the amenities as promoted. The staff was very friendly and professional. Great rate. It is in the medical district which is helpful if you're there for a family member but there are helicopter med evacs happening occasionally during the night.

The staff were very friendly and the room was clean and was everything I needed for a man by himself for one night. 😁 It was quiet and comfortable and served its purpose well. I would stay here again if I just needed a one night stay in Lubbock. The air conditioner worked, and the bathroom was clean and everything worked in there as well.
