An A plus plus establishment. The queen size bedroom, and bathroom were well decorated, comfortable and clean. The availability to change towels when needed is an added bonus. The cottage gives a feeling of living in a quaint English manor tastefully decorated in the Hawaiian theme; a rainforest cottage in Kailua -Kona area. The lanai area was breath taking surrounded by tropical trees, flowers and birds, and comfortable to enjoy your fresh morning Kona coffee, and tea and some complimentary healthy breakfast bread. The lanai is nice area to rest and unwind down in the evenings and enjoy your own home cooked meal. There is a guest common full kitchen with stove, fridge, dishes and cutlery. Communication with owners was expedient and clear. They will help you find things on the island. A recommended place to stay and have a memorable time on the Big Island of Hawaii.

The inn was clearly run very well. Clean, well maintained, beautiful, peaceful, and real unique rustic character as far as aesthetics go. There was a fully stocked kitchen that we could use. Literally the only downside of this inn was an overzealous rooster. But that's Hawaii. There are wild birds all over the island. If you don't like nature, then maybe a resort will treat you better. For those who want a more immersive and real experience with genuine heart, I highly recommend it. This is a place that I'll strongly consider coming back to on a future visit.

Beautiful place making our first visit to the island such a peaceful, relaxing stay! I enjoyed the open windows in our room. There was no air conditioning, but fans were provided. We visited during February and the temperatures would get down in the 60s at night. The only time we saw other guests was during breakfast or at night during our return. My favorite memory was the coqui frogs you can hear at night and the fresh baked goods put out every morning.

My stay was just amazing. Very cozy and cute. The owners are very pleasant and friendly. It is close to town but far enough away to feel a bit off the beaten path. I will definately be back!

These warm, welcoming and courteous hosts provided us a sense of home away from home. Our space was clean and comfortable and communication with the hosts was very helpful to enhance our stay. The breakfast items provided included fresh fruit, fresh macadamia nuts and fresh baked goods daily. We hope you stay here and enjoy it as much as we did, the hot tub is a MUST after a long day of exploring Hawaii’s big island. We’d love to come back!

Amazing building in the hills of Kona. If you do not mind being a bit out of the town for the joys of nature, this is a perfect place. Maybe a 10 minute drive to downtown restaurants, etc. if you love frogs croaking and chirping it is great. Gardens, beautiful flowers are a treat.

It was amazing to find the place and then we found it and it was in the jungle plants everywhere. It was absolutely beautiful and it was like a bed-and-breakfast so it was pretty nice. Coffee was good. Food was good and we enjoyed ourselves immensely.
