This location was delightful! We arrived late and the pool was still open so the kids could get their road trip energy out. There were delicious cookies, the staff were ALL so kind and friendly, and the view over the lake was exceptional. Great stay, delicious breakfast, and 25 hr coffee. Happy parents, happy kids.

It lives up to it's brand, being the economy brand for Hilton. Not a big property, but plenty of parking, and we'll maintained. There's a lot of history in that area, and the outside decor highlights that. It's a steep drive, and I wouldn't want to try it on snow and ice. But at least it won't flood. The inside is spotless, the room is spacious and clean, and the beds; I haven't slept that good in a long time. The balcony view out to the hills is beautiful. The staff is friendly and helpful. The doors are handicap accessible. After a wonderful night's sleep, the breakfast was great. All the usual stuff, but the omelets were maybe the best part; Or the waffles. Okay, it was all delicious. Honestly, the only complaint I can find, there was no freezer in the fridge. While I'm not super high class, it was definitely a lot more than I was expecting, for the price. I was exhausted when I got there, and forgot to get pics before I settled in. But I did get a couple of the view.

The staff were all incredibly sweet and helpful. We were given great recommendations for places to eat. (The barbecue spot at Cove Lake was outstanding!)The breakfast was delicious and we'll stocked. The room was very comfortable and clean. One of the best parts of our evening was rocking on the rocking chairs out front and watching the sun set over the lake while relaxing on the two-person swings.

First off the staff were so polite and friendly! The view is amazing and they even provided cookies and snacks as well as fresh coffee. The breakfast buffet was by far the best I’ve ever had. Clean and fully stocked. Rooms were clean. Can’t say enough about the friendly staff, sad it’s hard to come by now days.

Clean room. A classic Hampton Inn. The view is its best perk. The bed and pillows were comfy & with the AC fan running all night I didn’t hear the neighbors. I felt safe as a solo traveler in a town I’d never visited. This is the first Hilton property I’ve visited that actually let me use the digital key & bypass check in at the front desk. Loved that! The two things that struck me as unusual - no conditioner in the shower (front desk likely has some, I didn’t ask as I’d brought my own, but be aware if you use conditioner) and the hard boiled eggs at breakfast weren’t peeled which is inconvenient with no close access to a sink. Overall great stay. I wish I had time to stay longer.
