Tara ( front desk) and Rebecca ( in charge of breakfast and the room in which it’s served) were the most outstanding, efficient, kind workers I ever encountered in a hotel. I was welcomed with a cold drink and snack and a smile after a long trip. Rebecca prepared the best free breakfast any hotel has ever offered. She was always in motion, keeping the dishes filled and the room spotless. I was a bit disappointed that after 3 days ( left on the fourth), there was no maid service.This despite a sign in the room that it would be provided every other day. Tara, at the front desk, offered replacement towels. The hotel is not walking distance to much, but they do offer a binder of menus from local restaurants that deliver. Bed linen very comfortable and very large tv in room.

Tara at the front desk was amazing and helpful! Was disappointed that the pool was under Reno with no notice and price remains the same even thought price were increased for concert in town but then was cancelled …. Prices should drop if event is cancelled …. Not managers fault I’m sure it’s just policy ….but not a great policy we couldn’t cancel so we still went and spent the night but how many customers did cancel ? Should have gotten a break on price

The staff was very friendly. I forgot an item that I left in my room. The staff member that answered the phone gladly went to the room (the top floor) and recovered it for me so I could pick it up when returning home.

The Hampton was sold out but staff provided a professional service to all patrons. Very informed in answering questions. Very clean room and facility. Buffet breakfast a large array of hot and cold options. Never have seen a better quality and variety. Great place.
