The checkin process went smoothly. The room is tidy and spotless. They offer shuttles to and from the chic o'hare airport, or chinese oase airport. At the bus shuttle center next to the airports Hilton, the shuttle centers pick up outside of arrival.

We had a very relaxing stay. Complimentary water, coffee, freshly baked cookies and stale bread in the morning. Sulfatefree shower and body toiletries and clean room.

I travel frequently for work and dont often leave reviews, but on all four days, the front desk staff was honestly the nicest and most helpful front employees ive ever encountered. The hotel room was excellent, there was a shuttle to and from the airport, and the bed was really comfy. There was nothing within walking distance of evening eateries, which is the only negative i could think of. I heartily endorse their current fantastic personnel.

The hotel was excellent, cozy, and spotless. Breakfast is decent, although there arent many fruit options. Our hotel shuttle had a lot of issues. We called the hotel when we arrived for boarding despite our midnight flight and informed them that we had arrived, but i believe they forgot about us because we were waiting 40 minutes to be picked up at 1.15 am after resolving if we hadnt already. After that, we needed to switch rooms at 2.00 am because it was the incorrect one. The front desk staff the following day were very kind and sorry and allowed us to have sluggish checkout, which was convenient for us. Everyone who worked there was extremely friendly, even the incompetented person who checked us in at 200 am. Its still not enjoyable to wait that long for the shuttle, especially in the middle of the night!.

We had to make a reservation because we had an canceled flight, just like many others have said. After the longest travel day ever, we were just finishing ten hours of traveling with aging children at this hotel, which provided us with some muchneeded refuge. The breakfast was quite tasty, and the place was immaculate. What i liked most about the staffs prompt checkin process was their quick response. We could rest because there were no unnecessary questions, only room keys. Not to mention if you can take cabs to and from the airport! I feel fortunate to have found this place that night.

This location was fantastic. The rooms were tastefully decorated, immaculately clean, and even have a fantastic new line of soap and shampoo that smells really good. All the staff members were very friendly, with hot and delicious breakfast. She was very personable and kept the area spotless. Although the location isnt ideal, there aren't many restaurants within walking distance, but the shuttle service makes up for it. It never made us wait to leave, the bus was always there, got us to the airport quickly, where you can take the train into town. They were friendly and answered any questions we had. We werent late for our return flight in the morning because of the proximity to this airport.

This is our second time staying at this hotel, nice, clean, quiet, and the breakfast is good, but it could be better or more options. The fitness room is nice but needs floor mats and a leg press workout machine, overall its ok, very close to oh by the way.

Our room was very clean and nice. The cosmetics provided and the snack bar were the best! The bed was comfortable and there was an opportunity to use the gym and pool. Breakfast was standard american one (some fruits, waffles, eggs, omelets. Great was the airport shuttle. I would definitely go back to hampton! Thank you!.

Wow! The value is unbeatable. My room was ready a few hours earlier than my original checkin time, and it was very comfortable inside. There is fridge, microwave, nice features everywhere. All the staff i encountered were very helpful, both during the day and the night shifts. They have onsite transportation to and from the airport (I didnt use it because ive got rides, but this is another fantastic benefit! My name was on the tv screen when he entered the room, which was incredibly useful. I had food delivered several times while stayed here without any issues. The complimentary breakfast was adequate - despite my interest in the hot food and lack of fruit that lacked flavor. It was an average breakfast, ill have had better and seen worse, yet who is complaining when you can walk into the lobby and get it for free!.

This hotel was booked without warning that it had recently undergone renovations. Upon checkin, the staff is extremely friendly and very professional. I forgot the girls name at the front desk. Our flight was delayed we needed something closer to the airport and they had a shuttle. The price is unbelievable. Its super cheap for this hotel, well maintained property at this price its unbelievable in 2024. Since i am rated diamond member, this is probably the cheapest hotel ive ever stayed at with the amenities they offer. From now on, whenever ill fly from chicago, he will stay here with very clean rooms and sheets. When it comes to cleaning, im very picky. On this property, overall, 10/10.

The hotel was excellent all around. It has been updated, and the breakfast was delicious. Our very latenight arrival was made easy and smooth with the app. No issues at all and a pleasant stay. Although the area surrounding the hotel leaves largely to be desired, the hotels itself was fantastic! We were right on the highway, so the noise didnt bother us much. We hardly could hear it.

I was very satisfied with my stay. This is a really good choice for o'Hare hotels. I would even stay there for an entire trip to chic! It was spotless and cozy. It offers genuinely delicious breakfast, featuring real scrambled eggs, bacon, and cooked oatmeal, not instant, as well as other amenities that most commercial breakfasts include. Good value. The shuttle back and forth from the airport was fine. Some people have complained about the cost of parking, but i didnt have rented pyjamas. However, ive noticed an airport parking service directly across the street from this hotel that might offer fewer rates.

Wow! This hotel really impressed me. Hampton inns are always nice, but this one is exceptional. I used the shuttle service which was the most prompt, efficient, and nicest one ive ever used (and i have stayed at several ohare hotels. It takes about ten minutes to get to the airport, where they drop you off at whatever terminal you need. The good experience began with checkinthe front desk staff was efficient and friendly even though it was late at night. Modern and lovely room. My name was on the tv with a welcome message when he entered the roomwhich was cute. They had highquality body wash, shampoo, hand soap, conditioner all in pump bottles. Even though its just me, they gave me 4-5 towels and plenty of washcloths - no skimping. Only regret is that despite having only slept in for lull nights layover, ill be able to sleep in and enjoy the wonderful bed whose pillows were amazing. Bring earplugs as light sleepers. Although the hotel is not to blame, the rooms are pleasantly noisy due to its proximity to both the beltline and the air conditioning.
