Clean room, great breakfast, air conditioning was solid and bathroom was spacious and clean. Only had our beds remade once but we were in the room when they came by the first two times, so a bit of bad timing on our part too but they could of swung back once or twice to check if we were still there or had left, which in both cases we did. Would recommend this Hampton Inn to anyone, whether they’re traveling alone or are bringing in a family.

We decided to grab an extra night that wasn’t planned. The girl at the desk the next morning not only booked us but gave us a discount!! That night when we returned, our room was cleaned, but… housekeeping forgot to make our bed and give us clean towels!!! When I went to the front desk and told her, she was not only shocked but said that she would send someone. The girl from laundry came quickly and took great care making our bed and giving us towels!! She was FANTASTIC!! The staff is wonderful!!

We stay at this property at least twice a year. We love the location. We use the indoor pool & outdoor hot tub. Walking distance to downtown. We enjoy waffles, scrambled egfs & sausage from the free breakfast at the hotel. And there are pancakes right across the rd, if you want something different. Staff is always nice & helpful. Rooms are clean.

Hotel is within walking distance of downtown area. Trolley stops in front of the hotel. Hotel parking is $15 per night. Can see Gatlinburg SkyPark from the balcony. Good breakfast options.
