I loved the walk in shower! It does need another grab bar though. The bed was very comfortable, not hard. And for me there was a perfect pillow, I wanted to take it home, but I avoided temptation. The breakfast was typical hotel. Nothing exciting.

I booked this hotel because it had a bar and the bar was not open. It is a very nice place but beware the bar is not open and I am not sure it will open. Very nice place though.

This is a new hotel and the general manager Jerica was very accommodating!!!! Very clean rooms and fitness center pool and jacuzzi. Breakfast had excellent selection! Stephanie hosted and served the breakfast. Had an amazing attitude and kept everything beautiful. Andre who checked us in was personable, respectful for and friendly and was very helpful, as well Irv at checkout. air conditioning could be more stabilized… It will kick on and then off heating room. I would give this hotel 5*star. Staff snd hotel DO NOT BOOK WITH Hotels.com!!!!! Alex and Eshama bad representatives of hotel.com!!!

We stayed three days and did not have any housecleaning services, even though we had inquired and requested housecleaning. Therefore trash wasn’t thrown and our towels were dirty so we had to go and get them downstairs at check-in counter. Staff when arrived were pleasant. However when I had to go get my own towels, staff lady gave us four towel mats at first so had to go back down for correct towels. She was not friendly.

No bath towels in the room when we arrived asked staff, they said the towels were in the dryer, and they would bring some up soon....we all needed showers and had to use hand towels to dry off, as the bath towels arrived about 20 minutes after we all showered. One elevator did not work, making wait times to go up and down longer than usual. AC made a loud clicking sound when running, told staff the next morning, their solution was to tell us we should've called maintenance in the middle of the night.... Although the new hotel was clean, the experience was subpar. Breakfast was okay..... They seemed ill-prepared to be opening (only 4 days open)
