It was a great trip, and I will see my husband graduate from bootcamp. It was such a pleasant stay. The breakfast was also good. Every day they changed the menu, which was nice, and the staff was helpful for all of our needs.

We got two different floorside apartments after spending one night there. They even made an offer to let us leave our belongings in the original rooms and slum in the new ones because it was so late and we had small children. To assist in the room switch, Shawna came to our room with a cart. In the late evening, one of my kids became ill, and Shawna found a method to get our clothes and belongings cleaned overnight while we slept. Our cleaned items were waiting for us at the front desk in the morning, and the person in charge, I believe was the manager, was also able to give us a late checkout without difficulty. In conclusion, outstanding overall leadership, professional, and customer service. Given the property's generally excellent condition and cleanliness, I heartily suggest staying there if you're in the region. Shawna is also fantastic, and I hope management recognizes this.

One of the few hotels to live up to the expectations stated on their website. The room was large and very comfortable. As stated, all amenities were available. The room was quiet, no one in the family heard the noise of traffic or vehicles arriving and leaving. Water pressure was very good. The office desk staff was very professional and pleasant. Breakfast attendant in the morning was very helpful and kept the whole well stocked and maintained area clean. She also helps if we need something. The hotel was also very clean. Overall, it was a great stay for my family.

They always greet their guests with a smile. You never have to ask for anything. Always plenty of towels, to, etc.. Good breakfast the next day. Hampton inn is the way to travel without a doubt.

My daughter and I have a good time during our stay. The room is spotless and I slept well. The manager was very helpful, it appears he's always there, night and day, but it doesn't change his nice attitude. The breakfast was hot and delicious.
