Very nice facility. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Good breakfast However, the shuttle service is poor and unreliable. They were 40 minutes late for pickup at the airport and no one there in the am to take us back!! We had to go to another hotel across the street and pay them!!!

Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. One of the best things was the location it was extremely close to the mall, which made shopping and getting around super convenient. The hotel itself was very clean, and the staff were extremely helpful when it came to giving directions and assisting with anything we needed. Breakfast was nice, overall the experience was really nice and I would definitely stay again.

The front desk staff were so helpful with information. On yhe shuttles and the outlet mall down the road. They were very friendly. The morning breakfast was good and had a variety of options. I was very needy and there was one lady who was so nice and willing to cater to my requests. I really wish I got her name but she was the shorter of the 2 that were working that area in the morning. The convenience of transportation to and from the airport was such a huge plus for us. Setting up a shuttle to the port and to the airport on arrival day was so appreciated! Keep up the good work everyone!!
