Heel prettig hotel, midden in de stad en met een direct naastgelegen parking. De uitgang van de parking ligt direct (minder dan 10 meter) naast de ingang van het hotel. De kamer was ruim, het bed erg fijn en de temperatuurregeling ook dik in orde. Koelkast is ook aanwezig. Alleen de badkamer indeling was niet helemaal logisch maar verder geen commentaar.

You can't beat the location. The hotel is right in downtown, and you are within walking distance of tons of restaurants, the main museums, the farmers market and even one of the main parks. The parking garage is convenient and worth springing for. The hotel itself is very clean. Our room was spacious, and the shower was nice and big. The bed was comfortable. Hampton Inn breakfasts leave a lot to be desired, in my opinion, but that's not this hotel's fault. You are within walking distance of bakeries and breakfast places. If you have kids, they will probably be happy with the waffle iron and sprinkles. This will be our first choice next time we are in Roanoke.

Downtown Roanoke is very loud. There were a lot of cars revving their engines Friday and Saturday night, straight out of the Fast and Furious. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone that wants a good nights sleep on the weekend. The hotel was fine. We were in the accessibility room, and it was ok, but the box spring of the bed was broken and there was only one trash can. I did tell them about the box spring when we checked out. Hopefully it gets fixed before the next customer.

The breakfast menu varied each day and the cheese omelets were outstanding! Celeste & Deidre checked on us often to see if we needed anything or how we were doing...great service, thanks! Had a nice, large room with a comfortable king bed. Very quiet on the 9th floor and convenient to elevators and vending ice machines.

The staff was nice. The room was large. I work in the area so I know homeless people can be an issue, but the hotel is very safe. Very clean. I liked it better than the other local hotel. Breakfast was fresh and plenty. Will definitely stay again. Shower upgrades terrific. There was a carpet square that had an issue and my wife tripped, but after I pressed it back in place no issue.
