Very pleasant staff. The young lady at the front desk was willing to go above amd beyond for my brother during our stay. Hes disabled, so traveling can be a big challenge for us. The pool was great, clean, and the wheelchair lift worked. I am sad to say, no hotels offer a 2 queen suite that has wheelchair accessories in the rooms. Roll in shower, 2 queen beds, just wide enough for a person in a wheelchair or walker can maneuver in the room without having to move furniture. Including this one. Maybe next time it will be offered. All hotels should think of the disabled, they are human too. It was very disappointing when the only handicap accessible room with a roll in shower had a king bed and pull out couch. Not very comfortable to sleep on a couch.

Reasonable priced compared to downtown Sacramento hotels. And only 15 minutes away

The hotel lobby is very clean and the seating for morning Breakfast is also nice and well kept. Our room was clean and very large. Unfortunately, a light from outside shown into our bedroom and they did not have blackout curtains, but thankfully, we were tired enough that we slept through it. The bed was pretty comfortable but not a ritz Carlton bed so don’t expect THAT much :) The water never really got super hot and in my opinion, the water pressure was lacking in the shower. I did appreciate the breakfast buffet a lot! It had plenty of warm food options and I felt like it’s one of the better breakfast offerings we’ve had at hotels in a long time. The woman running the breakfast buffet was very kind especially for waking up as early as she did to have everything ready by 6 AM! Breakfast begins at 6 AM and ends at 10 AM

The hot tub was just what I needed. The property was well kept and the jets worked on the hot tub. Towels were stocked and the front desk was very welcoming and helpful.

First, All the staff was friendly, accommodating, and helpful - from the person working the desk to housekeeping to the people working the morning breakfast. The breakfast itself was lacking: the eggs were running, not much of yogurt selection, there was only whole milk (a low fat choice would be nice). It was average compared to other hotel typical breakfast. Overall the accommodations were very good with a big comfortable bed and a very spacious room !
