Definitely an enjoyable stay. Very clean an maintained. Pat the shuttle driver was so nice. Gave us recommendations of where the shuttle would take us. We enjoyed our time at the pool. Would definitely stay there again.

The bed was very soft and comfortable. Breakfast included turkey patty sausage scrambled eggs red potatoes waffles cereal oatmeal and fruit basically everything I needed. The staff was friendly and helpful they provided transportation to Walmart and the cruise port. It was money well spent

Anna at the front desk was extremely helpful. I arrived at Tampa International Airport and was on the hot mess express train. Anna was able to give me perfect directions over the phone on where to go in the airport to meet the shutle. Due to my poor navigation skills, I did have to call her several times to ensure i made it to the right spot. I also surprised her with my crew of seven. "No problem",she said. She called, Teven, made him aware of our party size and he got us to the hotel safely. As soon as i walked through the door, Anna greeted me by first name. She must have recognized my voice from the 10 times i called her from the airport. It was so frequent, my phone added her as a favorite. Although my party was only 7, i was meeting 11 other family members at this hotel as well. The staff was able to put up with my crazy 18 family members (myself included). All of us enjoyed our time here and we will definitely be back in the future! I just wish i got a selfie with Anna!!!

Stayed one night, arrived late, everything went as planned from the great shuttle driver (Mark), quick check in with bottle waters, to a solid breakfast and quick shuttle ride to car rental counter.
