In the past, we have stayed at the High Point Inn. We had purchased a tesla model I from that time, and we needed a hotel with a power charger. The general manager, missy, informed us that their charger was broken when we arrived. She apologized and suggested we plug into an outside outlet. She informed us that the 110 volt outlet was not strong enough to charge us quickly enough to visit various sites in Door County. We informed Missy that she could plug into an outside outlet. During the event that the 110 volt outlet was broken, we told her that the 110 volt outlet wouldn't charge us fast enough to visit the various locations in Door County. She called another hotel that had a charger available to us to stay. Because of the issue with their charger, she even paid the difference between what we would have paid. Talk about customer service! As an allsuite hotel, the High Point Inn offers a lot of room for families and couples. It has an outdoor and indoor pool, making it ideal for families no matter what the weather in Door County. Thank you so much about Missy and The High Point Inn. I heartily endorse High Point Inn.

Great place for family vacations. It is clean, cozy, and comfortable. Kitchenettes are a necessity during high season when restaurants are short on staff. Eat in and save your family stress.

My family and I have been coming to the high point for many years, they have always met and exceeded our expectations in every way. I'm a stickler when it comes to hotel cleanliness, and the high point always delivers on high quality cleanliness and comfort. We recommend the high point to our family and friends, and they will always get our vote when it comes to lodging.

The condition of the hotel is very clean. The quality of services provided is acceptable. We cook several dishes on the gas grill by the pool. The friendliness of the staff was excellent.

First time staying at a high point. Had a great experience from the first call to make a reservation to check out. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was polite, accommodating and responsive. Well be back!.
