My parents came to visit and stayed here with their dog. Checking in was super easy and the staff was friendly. The tv was not working properly in their room and apparently the maintenance person was not at work but that did not stop someone else from helping. They raved about the service they received.

Hotel overall was great. They have a new cook my food was terribly made. I purchased pancakes and bacon. My pancakes had to be made twice the first was an experiment and the second time they were flat as tortillas. No fluff at all!! The previous cook Tony was awesome. I will not order food again from the restaurant until it improves. The cashier has been ther for awhile and was apologetic and very helpful.

The hotel is conveniently located off Highway 55 with lots of shopping and dining options nearby. The hotel is very clean, staff helpful and breakfast is pretty good. Also, there is an airport shuttle.

I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Southaven, Mississippi over the weekend and had a great experience overall. I spoke with Marshall Collins, the front desk supervisor, and she was absolutely awesome. The front desk staff were also very helpful and welcoming throughout my stay. Housekeeping was excellent. Whenever we asked for extra towels or additional pillows, they brought them right away with no issues at all. The hotel is currently undergoing some renovations. I believe the room we stayed in had already been renovated, which was nice. My only suggestion would be improving the beds and pillows—the pillows could definitely be fluffier and the mattresses a little softer for added comfort. Unfortunately, we didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast. It wasn’t included with my booking, but the breakfast I saw looked really good. One of the workers showed me her plate and it looked delicious! She even told me that the two cooks who work the morning shift do a great job, so I’ll definitely keep that in mind next time. We also weren’t able to use the indoor pool because it was being renovated during our stay, but it’s great that the hotel offers one. Another big plus is the location. The hotel is conveniently located near shopping areas in Southaven and right off the bypass, which made getting around very easy. Overall, my stay was lovely, and I would definitely stay here again. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Everything was nice. This is not a problem but more like a suggestion the people who smoke like to go outside to smoke since there's a policy set, no smoking inside to have canopy outside for smokers who like smoke even when it's raining.
