I heartily suggest this location to anyone in the area. Large, spotless room with lots of amenities. The staff was approachable and kind. There were many dining options and attractions nearby that could be reached on foot or by foot from the location.

The staff was excellent, in any case! I wish i had realized there was a 3day prebooking for joining rooms. And if ive known about that long tunnel, ill be aware of it.

I stayed here because it was fantastic. After 3 flights were canceled while traveling in chicago on business, i ended up staying here. Many hotels these days are sort of on their last legs, with empty or closed stores and restaurants, no one at the desk, etc., but this location was excellent. The restaurant was delicious, and the personnel is the friendliest and most helpful ive ever encountered in a hotel. I intend to stay here again whenever im in Chicago.

The common areas and rooms are immaculate. The staff was helpful and kind. However, the fact that i was not informed during checkin that the pool was closed was the only drawback. Apart from that, its conveniently close to the airport.

I came to this hotel for a conference. It was very convenient because it was close to the airport and i was just coming in and out of Chicago for an overnight stay. Everyone here was extremely helpful. After talking to maddie, ive purchased tasty vacation package at hilo resort. Sounds like he got utmost value and hope it will be. Hilton properties are usually where ill always have pity.

The hotel is fine for most of the time. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Service was good, location is perfect if you are here for the convention center. My only complaint is a major flaw. They restrict air conditioning at night. Air worked fine during the day, kicking on every so often. On both nights around 7 or 8 pm it stopped putting on at all. It got to 75 degrees in the room! We were miserable. Around 6 or 7 am the air conditioner started running again!.

The price is expensive, but the location is close to ohare airport. The rooms are nice and spacious. There is a regular airport shuttle. In the lobby, there is an eatery, bar, and smoky. Rosemont convention center is easily accessible on foot from here. Bring your own food from elsewhere, i suppose! Despite the high price, nothing extravagant here exists. Outdoor parking costs $35 per day.

This place is highly recommended. Andres from the land and lake restaurant and bar was fantastic. He served cold beers. Before choosing our beverage, let us taste it. When the night came to an end, he made his own concoction and gave us a taste. Excellent company without equivocally. Give this man pause.

I cant say enough good things about their staff! Louis and kenneth at the pub were great. Jonnie at banquet houseman went above and beyond to ensure a great conference experience. The food and drinks were delicious (left spokesman for the restaurant). 4 stars, i would prefer firm pillows available for guests upon request. Also, my room was quite warm at night making it difficult to sleep. Temperaturemeter said it was chilly, but the fan didnt come on and didn't seem to cool the room. Improvement needs to be made in the shuttle service to and from the hotel to o'Hare. When we arrived, the bus was not clearly marked, and it took several calls to get there. As we left the motel, they seemed flustered and not as accommodating. Overall, im pleased with the experience and would return for all the staff here alone! You guys were amazing!.

The water pressure here is legendary. The hotel is probably more like a 3-4 star, all things considered, but the water flow is worth 5 stars and many more. Free airport shuttle is also available, and the front desk staff was also very helpful. Great experience!.

The lobby is pleasant. They only have a fan to offer, and the rooms are old. The air conditioner isnt operating, so they can only offer it. Very close to the airport.

I stayed here for 2 nights on a business trip. The room was in excellent condition, with great shower pressure, comfortable bed, and friendly staff. Special thanks to staff member maddy, who hooked it up with an upcoming trip to new york. Would definitely return.

The lobby is nice and clean, the rooms need updating. There are no mini fridges in the room but you can request one. We did this but ours didnt cool enough to use safely. Dont leave anything behind as shipping to have it returned to you is criminal. Housekeeping staff are very friendly and professional.

The food was delicious, i would love more vegan options. But ill definitely recommend it! Clean as a whistle! The pool, gym, view, and security were all top notch. Excellent elevator procedure to keep everyone safe. Liked the locked stairway policy after hours.

The location is good, not far from the airport. The room is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful in answering my questions. There is a fitness room with lots of cardio machines and if you want to lift, you can use the lift.
