Very nice hotel with a great location walking distance to 3rd street shopping district. The suite is very well equipped, although the room i was in had a smudge of brown on the bathroom floor which was a bit gross. Another issue was that there was no power outlet in the area where the coffee machine was, so if you wanted to make coffee or tea, you had to move the machine to another room in the room so that it could be connected. I ended up having to keep the coffee machine in the bathroom, which seemed a bit ridiculous. Apart from that, everything else was great. The staff is lovely and the food in the restaurant downstairs (monicas) is delicious, but expensive for what it is. There are many other places nearby to get food, and there is a grabandgo snack and amenities area near the front desk if you need water, sunscreen, snacks, souvenirs, etc.

The front desk staff has a good service attitude and does not charge random fees. The surrounding area is safe and clean. The hotel staff will call to confirm when ordering takeout before letting the takeaway man deliver it to the floor.

At checkin, dan did a fantastic job of providing us with information about the hotels amenities and the neighborhood. Dan confirmed that i had paid in advance for breakfast. The dining room manager, consuela, checked her list and informed me that i hadnt paid in advance and insisted that i go to the front desk to verify. When i went to the front desk, the receptionist confirmed that i had indeed paid for breakfast and that she would call the restaurant to update them. I updated the consuela as i got back to the table. Consuela left to verify. When she got back, she informed me that i had only paid for one breakfast, and it would be from the buffet. I reiterated that we would order from the menu. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel is only a few blocks from the Santa Monica pier and about a mile from the place i was in town to do business with.

From the moment i arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The facilities were excellent, with beautifully appointed rooms that were spacious, clean, and wellmaintained. The beds were extremely comfortable, with luxurious bedding and pillows that made for a great nights sleep. The hotels amenities were equally impressive. And the pool area was a relaxing oasis offering a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city outside. The hotels dining options were also excellent. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious dishes that catered to all dietary needs. The hotel restaurant was also exceptional, with a menu that showcased the best local and international cuisine.

The entire hotel is stunning. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The rooms are contemporary and immaculate. The beach and pier in santa monica are two blocks away from the site. I adored this location and will most certainly return.

The hotel was fantastic during my trip to Santa Monica, i stayed in the luxurious 1 King Balcony Suite city view. The hotel was excellent, the staff was friendly, the housekeeping was excellent, and my room was perfect. One of the best hotels in the area will definitely be on my list when visiting santa lucas. It is undoubtedly one of the best hotels in the neighborhood. It is one of the best hotels in santa lucano. The hotel is the best and definitely is on my list of hotels i will visit while in the state. I expect to return very soon for my next trip.

I recently spent five nights here. The service was excellent, i requested that the sink plug be repaired because it was stuck, and it was promptly done. The pool area was pleasant, but a full poolside service would have been even better. The lodging was pleasant and clean, and it was conveniently located near santa monica and venetian beach. However, in australian dollars, it was quite pricey compared to other more opulent lodging options at that price range.

I heartily advise staying here! Fantastic hotel! The personnel are courteous and competent, and everything is immaculate. The hotels restaurant and bar were excellent, and i adored the lobby decor. The bed was really comfy, and the rooms were unexpectedly large.

I had a great time and plan to return as soon as possible for a longer stay. I regret not staying here for more than one night! Excellent location and stunning hotel! I spent three days in la as a Hilton honors member. I had tried a few different hotels, but i had a different feeling. At the front of the hotel, on a busy main street, i had a suite with a separate living area from the bedroom. There is a sizable parking lot across the street, so there wasnt a nice view of the beach. Aside from the traffic noise and the noisy, stiff bedding (yes, i have a very noisy noise level).

I had a wonderful and enjoyable stay at the Hilton Santa Monica. The hotel staff exceeded my expectations in terms of courteous service. All of my requests, including early checkin, a crib in the room, and welcome drinks for Hilton honors members, were fulfilled. The hotel is conveniently located just a 10-15minute walk from santa masai pier.

The hotel has a polished and laidback vibe overall. The lobby has some nice design touches. Comfortable, clean and comfortable rooms. A little more lighting in the bathroom and bedroom would be a nice addition. The front desk and housekeeping staff were lovely and helpful. Great location, just a short walk from the beach and shops. A quick drive to lax. We used the parking lot opposite the hotel as the hotel only has valet parking.

My friends and i stayed in a suite at the Hilton in Santa Monica for just over a week. The hotel has recently been renovated and is exceptionally clean, and the staff are very friendly. Starbucks is a short walk away, and there is a beach nearby, or if you want to go to a store, they are also close by. The room was very nice, with a large bathroom and super comfortable beds! The only downside is that the lighting in the bedroom is very poor, the fridge doesnt work well, and there are many glasses in the room. Otherwise, everything is fine. I recommend avoiding the small store in the lobby, which is very expensive and has a difficult payment process with the desk staff. But these are minor issues, my friends and i hope to return someday!.

The reception staff is friendly. The rooms are spacious. The location is good, close to the beach, pier, and restaurants. My only complaint is that you cant get coffee after 2 pm or anything else for that matter until 5 pm because the bar is closed. No bottles of water in the room and like a groundhog hunting for water dispensers. Overall, a pleasant stay.
