Overall, the motel was what we've always expected from the Holiday Inn chain. The property was clean, the service was top notch, however there were just a few items that needed some work. Its a small thing but the wall paper in the bathroom was peeling off the wall. This was from the way the shower curtain was hung just outside the shower which allowed water to spray out and onto the wall. Had the curtain been hung just inside the shower so that it closed off the opening the peeling wall paper wouldn't have happened. Of course maintenance should have been on top of this and reglued the paper so guests wouldn't see it.

Second time staying here. It is close to shopping and food. Relatively safe location in a busy area. Clean and comfortable with a great breakfast.

The hotel was cleaned, the staff was very supportive, breakfast ends too soon for me but it is ok, the time could have been extended to 11, since most of the time you sleep late

Don't know her name but the front counter lady (manager?) is exceptionally great!

The hotel, location, room, bed and breakfast was very good. I recommend this stay. Just for transparency. The knob on the shower/tub was either “child safety” or broken. You needed to push in and turn before water poured poured - like a medicine bottle.

The property was very good for the price. Surprised to see 20 kids in the pool area running all over. One was maybe 3 wandering all around the edges. At one point she was rummaging through another patrons property until an adult finally intervened. The water quality (clarity) in the hot tub was poor. I didn’t even attempt to go in the main pool because it was jammed with kids of all ages. I noticed this was pretty much all day and night (Sunday). Seemed like one family was a customer and the rest were “friends”. Haven’t had the breakfast yet. We’ll see if that is the same “community”. Brings a new slant on “Holiday Inn”.

Very quiet hotel on weekdays. Just a few business travelers, or seniors. Gets busier on weekends when families arrive. Rooms are clean and spacious. The breakfast is really good. Many selections. Great location if you are going to the Roselle, Hanover Park, Bloomingdale, Carol Stream, Itasca area. This is your best option for a hotel in that general area.
