The front desk clerk was very gracious and patient with my family when they couldn't make up their minds about some changes they were trying to make. The grandkids were disappointed that the big slide was not available. I booked this hotel just for the pool, so it would have been nice to be informed that the slide was under renovation.

The kids loved the indoor water slide. They also offer a dedicated kiddie pool and hot tub. The rooms were clean and ready when we arrived. Breakfast was well stocked and the tables were cleaned often and ready for guests. Lots of great food options nearby.

Some of the best hotel staff we’ve encountered! We travel for sports 9mos out of the year and this hotels service was top 10! My only complaint is the chlorine levels were exceptionally high in the pool, made your eyes burn just watching let alone the kids swimming in it. Otherwise…good far outweighs that complaint…I hope we play again in that area! I would book again!

This was the perfect place for my family for the week. Free breakfast, fun waterpark, clean. The few issues included extreme chlorine use and burning eyes, even if you weren't in the pool. There is also a speaker on the front of the building with music, and we couldn't find the music keeping us up for three days until my husband went outside and figured it out. They turned it off right away and we were good. Overall the staff was all really nice and helpful, and check-in was a breeze. Traveling with four kids is hard but this place was great for us.

Understaffed but employees were extremely attentive, helpful and happy. Kids loved the pool! However, the baby pool was an ice bath and there were never clean towels due to staffing shortage. If you went to the front desk they would give you any clean towels available. We had a great stay. Great location.
