I appreciate the experience of staying at the Holiday Inn Express in Moscow. The staff was very helpful and friendly. She took care of us on a personal level. She also took care of the small things that made our stay great. She will make sure to come back here again.

I stayed in this hotel for two days for a wedding. The room I got has a balcony and was big and has been renovated. Susan is the best housekeeping. Tell her hello from the lady who was there for their wedding.

When booking a hotel, there needs to be a balance. Quality is worth it. For us, a good night's sleep. Definition.. A dark, cool, clean, quiet, quiet room with a comfortable bed. A decent breakfast is also appreciated. We were not disappointed with this Holiday Inn Express.

I was expecting a lot more being that it was Holiday Inn Express. I felt the property could have been a lot cleaner. The clerk at the front desk was nice and was able to give me a clean comforter and extra towels. The condition of the bathtub in my room was a shock also. If I would had to stay longer I would have went to another hotel.

All the staff were pleasant. But I’m not sure how throughly our room was cleaned before we checked in. There was a small action figure on the ground that did not belong to us. A plastic hanger was on the bathroom door. The hair conditioner bottle, in the shower, was completely empty.

This property was not up to the standard of other Holiday Inn Express motels that I have stayed. Front desk staff was not particularly courteous or service oriented. My room was only partially cleaned once on a three-day stay. Eggs and sausage were not available the last morning due to equipment breakdown. During the week the parking lot was FULL of service vehicles. I do not feel like I received what I paid for at this motel.

Check in was easy. Our room was ready. Upgraded to a suite. Room was adequate. Musty smelling. Our soap dispensers were empty, and we ran out of towels and toilet paper the next day. We didn't have anyone come by the room on our second day even though we made them aware we needed cleaning and refills. Our family had travelled for a funeral. The pool was over chlorinated and burned the kids eyes and they were not able to stay in. Breakfast was ready and hot on the morning that we didnt lose power. Not their fault. Staff was mostly friendly and helpful. Close to shopping and restaurants.

There was rarely anyone at the front desk. You were never greeted upon entering the hotel. Breakfast was very disappointing. Few options. Out of most things every time I went down and I varied times I went down thinking maybe I was coming too late. Cinnamon rolls were hard. The water didn’t get very hot in the shower but it seemed like they made it to where you could only turn the faucet so far as to control how hot you could get it.

Our room smelled musty. It was not clean, there was a HUGE cobweb on the wall near the ceiling. There were bugs in the bathroom. I will Never stay here again.

There was a black film on the bathroom floor when it was wet. There was some loud altercation happening outside our room for awhile. All of the staff was very nice and accommadating but it was hard to sleep with the noise from the hallway. The rooms were clean except for the floors in the bathroom.

The staff was friendly. We kept getting flies in our room. Don’t know where they were coming from. It is not wheelchair friendly. The tiles floors were dingy. Toilet wouldn’t flush.

Some one made a mistake looking at the booking and rudely tried to kick us out a day early. Then tried to make it appear as if it was our fault. It was the woman in the office.
