On arriving, we received a warm welcome from “Q,” the manager and Andrew at the front desk, who also texted us to make sure our expectations had been met. The room was a good size, in excellent condition, and we received maid service every other day without having to ask. We were impressed with the layout of the complimentary breakfast area, especially the yogurt served out of a machine, the fresh fruit served daily, the very hot water for tea, and the very cool automatic pancake machine. We’ll be back!

My stay was wonderful I forgot my wedding ring in the room when I realized it I called and they found it said it would be at the front desk I told them I wouldn't be able to get there for two days. When I went to pick it up showed my ID and it was right there so very grateful for the staff.

Great location to walk to Lake Michigan and the Public Market as well as many shops and bars. Hotel room was large. Staff so helpful. Asked for recommendations for coffee places, bus stops and pizza delivery and all staff members were beyond helpful. Breakfast was good. Lots of options hot and cold and coffee was great for a hotel. Would stay again

I was second guessing before i got here but honestly best choice. Super clean and modern place that felt extremely safe. Every single one of the employees were amazing and very welcoming. I would def stay here again without a doubt.

I stayed here for the Milwaukee Marathon and had a great experience. The room was clean and very big. There was a firepit outside with seating which was super cute. I appreciated that someone reached out to me when I checked in to make sure everything was good and at check-in they let me know that breakfast would be ready early for us runners (and it was a full breakfast which was great). The Lobby was nice and big and had white boards of restaurants, stores and things nearby to do. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
