I was there for almost 7 months for work. Staff was always polite and quick to check me in. The studios side of the hotel with a kitchen sink and apartment sized fridge were perfect for long stays. House keeping twice a week was nice for fresh towels. Decently priced and perfect for working out of town. Highly recommended in my opinion.

Sunny was always friendly. I stayed there several times and he always greeted me kindly. The rooms were better than i expected. Every room that I stayed in was very clean. One of the rooms had a wobbly desk. One didn't have a chair at the desk. But for the most part they were fine. Some of the rooms have a little kitchenette with a big fridge. Some have a little stove that, even if it's outdated I'm sure comes in handy. The outdoor pool was nice and there is a beautiful yard with lots of well kept flowers. I was hesitant because of some of the reviews but I took a chance because of the price and i was pleasantly surprised by how nice it was. I tried a couple of other nearby hotels but they cost more and the RRI rooms are actually nicer. If I'm ever in the area again this is where I'll stay.

Very clean hotel room, easy access for smoking, very friendly staff. Full size fridge with freezer where we could actually store a bag of ice and our drinks for the entire weekend.

Location, Sweetwater bakery in the morning. Culivers for the rest of the day. Literally across the street to the expresseay entersnce. People super friendly. Microwave and refrigerator. Tv works. They replaced towels while we out. Post covid decent cleaniness. We were really lucky to get this place. Oh, $10/day pet fee.

My husband and I have a Yorkie that we travel with. The service desk personnel listened to my husband and put us in a very quiet room area where we could walk out little princess just right out the door. The room was clean and comfortable. Bed just a little hard for me but most are. Will definitely stay here again.

Five night stay. We were in a non smoking room but there were ashtrays right outside the room so anytime someone would smoke, it would get pulled through the AC and the room would smell like smoke. We purchased an air freshener which was helpful.

It was fine. We would stay again. The room smelled like smoke and it was a non smoking room. The floors counters and bathrooms were dirty. I didn’t complain. The staff was very friendly. I would stay here again. I feel like our room may have been not their typical service.

The location was great in regards to food and highway access. The gentleman who checked us in was very nice and even offered us a cheaper room. The room was clean and served it's purpose for the stay, but I probably wouldn't stay again. The bathroom was tiny, with a tub that was high up and difficult to step out of safely.
