On my way between tampa and Houston, I have previously stayed at this hotel. This hotel has always been convenient and comfortable for me. As soon as I arrived, the cost of two small dogs went from $40 last winter to $200. Unless I had known this beforehand, I wouldn't have reserved this hotel. The hotel is already overpriced and the standards have decreased. It needs a refreshment and cleaning standards should be higher. But most of the time, they need to be upfront about the pet fee or they should stop accepting pets. I won't stay here again. I had previously recommended this hotel to friends, but this is now one hotel that has lost my business forever. The hotel staff is friendly, and the location right next to the interstate is convenient.

This is a fantastic place for a long or short stay. In 2020, I was going to stay for 6 months. We have very kind employees and made a lot of new friends. We will not be a lot happier if the dogs are on all floors since there is noise at night. In my opinion, dogs should only be on one floor.

My visit to this hotel was very satisfying. Rachel is a model of hospitality and guest service. Her staff is helpful and knows the needs of guests. The room is large and well-kept. The breakfast options are better than most homework suites I've stayed in across the country. I will definitely be back!.

This hotel needs to be refurbished and cleaned better, and this is the worst hotel I have stayed in. I had hair in the soap dish, broken shower head fixture, stains on bathroom wallpaper, worn sofa bed, broken shower curtain, door to fridge and microwave was dirty, kitchen countertop cracked. Everyone in this hotel was friendly, but the AC quality is good. They have good service & friendly staff. This hotel also has hair in its soap dish.
