I would definitely stay here again! This was a fantastic visit! Id make another reservation here. If you are complaining about the train, be educated and conduct your research before making reserving. This is not st. Petes in florida, but it is Brooklyn, new york. Every night in new jersey, thousands of other people choose to pay rent there and sleep near train tracks! Interesting, huh? The front desk staff was excellent, our room was wonderful and immaculate, and the bathroom was imperfect when we entered. We were on the sixth story, facing the railroad tracks about two stories below. Yes, the rail runs roughly every 15 minutes. Be mindful of your surroundings and others while traveling because the hotel is fairly roomy, although there are fewer luggage carts available in the hallways. Overall, my experience and service here were exceptional, so i would return! 10 out of 10.

Several hotels in new york arent very good. This one, however, was pleasantly surprising. The space was updated, as spacious as youd find in a city like this one and clean. Breakfast was decent. There is mr. Bus that runs by the windows, so if you are sensitive to noise, they provide earplugs. But thats what you get in manhattan. Personally, it didnt bother me at all.

We arrived early and were allowed to leave our bags and go grab lunch. When we returned, we were informed that our room was ready early. The room had been cleaned and the bed was comfortable. We stayed for two nights. Our staff was friendly and shared their personal recommendations for restaurants and gave us directions. My expectations were exceeded by the included breakfast. Additionally, the location was ideal for our needs.

This hotel is very good. The atmosphere is small, the atmosphere of this hotel feels calm and comfortable.

I stayed for two nights and was grateful to have such a clean and secure place to stay. Even with the neighbors, the room was quiet, and the train noises were minimal. Bring your own hairdryer if you need one. I believe that almost all of the hair dryers in the rooms have been stolen. Also, unless you are driving, use spot hero or angel to locate res parking. Parking isnt too bad here.

I will definitely return. Fantastic hotel! Excellent customer service and immaculate cleanliness. The metro is easily accessible from this convenient location, just a few steps away. We were quite exhausted after walking 10 hours in manhattan, so no noise would bother us. Didnt mind the train noise, it wasnt that terrible.

I will most certainly stay here again when i return to new york. This location is faultless, the service was excellent from beginning to end. They have this cool thing called guest of the daywhich ive been! During your stay, you receive some complimentary snacks. The breakfast was delicious, although if you go during the busiest time of year, it might be difficult to get a seat, but the room was fantastic, spacious, and far exceeded my expectations for nyc hotels!.

Clean hotel but for me and my husband location and quietness is very important! Unfortunately this hotel borders the subway, the location is not good (safety can be compromised) so policemen and firemen were listening all night so we couldnt sleep enough for our next tourist day.

A good hotel in the heart of brookling. Nice rooms and breakfast. Wonderful staff who make every effort to make you feel comfortable. Good dining opportunities nearby.

I had a great time during my stay! I spent over ten weeks at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms were immaculate, and the beds were made with care. Everyone was very accommodating. All the staff members were very polite and accommodating throughout our stay. Shaniqua at the front desk was exceptional - she was really kind and supportive! Youre doing fantastic, girl! Im loving your excellent customer service skills and upbeat attitude! Rosa and glory from breakfast were also excellent they made sure everything was wellstocked and clean, they were extremely welcoming and attentive. Although the windows in the various rooms i was in didnt seem to close very well, there was essentially securing issue, but other than that, my visit was fantastic!.

I would choose this place again if i were staying in les or in bushwick. The front desk supervisor, zaynah, was fantastic at being warm and inviting with my checkin. Housekeeping was excellent. Breakfast is limited compared to other holiday inn expresses (i believe its because there isnt enough room in the hotel to accommodate everyone), but it is still a fantastic selection.

I adore this hotel. Its spotless. The rooms are roomy, and the beds are cozy. Nice front desk staff. Lots of breakfast options. A nicesized fitness center.
