It was fantastic! Just like the images show! Everything is spotless in the center of everything! The staff was amazing the room is small but just what you need to have a great nights sleep after jogging all day! Overall, i had savored my stay! Location!.

Its a convenient location for exploring the area. The staff members are courteous. Lily and the other person who i misunderstood her name were both helpful. Overall, its advisable to stay in this place. Rooms were comfortable. There are numerous dining options close by.

The room was immaculate and the customer service was excellent. I spent four nights there, and i had no issues during my stay. You could even watch netflix on the tv for free while you were there. With food and shopping, getting around is quite simple from this location.

The location is very convenient! The room was ok. This is a domestic chain hotel so remember to bring toothpaste, toothbrush and slippers.

Staf yang sangat baik. Tidak ada masalah saat check-in dan semua orang yang berinteraksi dengan saya sangat baik. Akses mudah ke tempat-tempat wisata khas New York. Akses bagus ke stasiun kereta bawah tanah dalam beberapa menit berjalan kaki. Tempat yang bagus untuk berjalan-jalan!

The staff was quite friendly, as the photos show. One of them was fine, but no one was rude or unhelpful. I adore the simple and comfortable decor and arrangement. Easy to enter and exit with access to everything and subways. Lots of food vendors very close by, however dont forget to set up parking in a garage! We also allowed our two dogs.

When we arrived in new york city, the reservation i had made with holiday inn turned out to be for a different month. They offered absolutely no assistance. We blind booked hotel 27 immediately because we were afraid there would be nowhere affordable to stay at such short notice. Best decision ever! Wilson was so kind and helped us settle in as quickly as possible. What he is! When ive returned, ill definitely stay with them again because the place is close to everywhere and there is s tavern right next door where you can get anything on the menu for 10% off for hotel guests. Thanks again, sir! You saved our trip.

The location is excellent, its close to everything in downtown manhattan. The price is very reasonable, and the place was spotless. Its 24 hours a day and very nice if you are traveling through the us is incredibly good option. I heartily endorse it for the price and location, which is essential.

Excellent personnel! The checkin process went smoothly, and everyone i spoke with was friendly. Easy access to popular tourist attractions in the new york area. Within a short stroll, you can reach metro stations. Nice location to walk around!.
