The low price brought low expectations. They were exceeded. The room was nicer and cleaner than i expected. Even the family who ran the establishment made me feel welcome. It helped that this was Independence Day, and they invited me to celebrate with fhem. Nice and hospitable. All promised featires delivered.

Room hadn’t been cleaned, bathroom had napkins instead of toliet paper and roaches. We was in town for 1 night on an emergency. Staff was sweet as can be though! Tv also didn’t work!

Roaches!! Fan hanging from the ceiling with duct tape. Ice bucket was dirty with leftover blue and purple liquid in it. Sheets were torn and ripped. They have smart tvs but no wifi -_-

It’s fine for a cheap room, but there’s a lot of lingering smells and rough repair work in the rooms. The ac units also should probably be checked for bacteria growth (they have a very odd smell.) Otherwise staff was friendly and available.

The facility had a noticeable smell to it, and is quite isolated in location and difficult to get into considering the fact semi trucks frequently park near it. Actual room itself was fine, but the shower was disgusting and no toilet paper was given in the bathrooms.

The hotel looks nothing like the pictures. The room was disgusting. The blankets were stained, the shower was dirty and so was everything else. Nothing was wiped down. The pillows were old and I didn’t dare sleep in those nasty blankets. The receptionist couldn’t find my reservation. The receptionist went to look for a vacant room and didn’t come back for at least 10 minutes. The hotel was a motel 6 and it was advertised as a Regency on the hotels app. We will not be staying here again.

Worst experience ever. The lady was sweeping trash out my room with a mop when I arrived. It smelt like pinesol and black & miles. I seen 4 roaches in 10 secs. I immediately left. Out of the $280 I spent, they only returned a $100. Expedia should be ashamed for having this property on there list and take it off.

Place is a total scam!! They required a $50 cash only deposit. When I went to check out and get my deposit back at 9 am The door to the lobby was locked with a sign saying on the property, be back in a few. I waited for 30 mins then went around the property looking for someone with no one to be found. I called the phone number several times and it appears to be disconnected. Don’t waste your time or money!

This hotel should’ve removed, fom touristic maps. It’s a hood stylle, gang drug addicted homeless people place. The staff, a man in his 40’s, dirty and speaking strange, like he was on drugs, he was unwilling to check me in, for about 10 minutes, I had to pull out my online booking and show him TWICE. They couldn’t find me a clean room, so I left, without having a place to stay, although I PAID FOR IT. The staff was ruthless, not even trying to apologize, or give me an option. This was the worst hotel experience, that I ever had.

I never stayed here and the owner wouldn’t give my refund back it was a hassle I had to get refunded by Expedia because he wouldn’t approve my refund he was rude,disrespectful and racist and looked like he do drugs.the place was dirty nasty and creepy looking..there was also another man who was working there and quit and told us to get out so he can lock the hotel doors and told the customers that we had to wait until the owner came back…There was also weapons laying around etc I never come bck here and I promise u wouldn’t want to either but I see why some ppl come because it’s cheap price but it’s defly not worth it at all

looked like someone was murdered in the room. the house keeper didn’t even make the beds before we got there. needless to say we didn’t actually end up staying here. slept in our car instead.

Staff was fine.. but the room was infested with roaches. I tried to pass the issue, but after killing over 10 of them in a 2-3 hour period, I couldn't take it anymore...I had to checkout When I brought it to the management's attention, he told me it was no refunds and there was nothing he could do. At that point, I reached out to Expedia and they were able to get the issue resolved and placed me at a better location
