Our stay at Carolina Hotel Hilton was very nice. The room was clean, spacious and quiet. Parking was great. We were able to use a keyless entry for the very first time. After learning what to do it was nice. We were close to a-lot of conveniences. Thanks for a great two night stay!

Very simple accommodation. Clean and directions for check-in and checkout very clear. Parking was convenient. Amenities available. First time with contactless employees but it was a seamless experience. Location was convenient.For a base location used only for sleeping while visiting friends it was excellent

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room was renovated and they were renovating lobby during our stay. They have good coffee in the lobby. The location is good. There is a mini golf next to the hotel and Shelter Cove Town Center and Shelter Cove Harbor and Marina are about a mile away.

Very good experience was my first time with the contactless front desk big shout out to Suzanne the GM thank you . Very accommodating the property is very private yet in the middle of everywhere. Mini golf for the family restaurants bike rentals pleasure walk and grocery store . Will definitely return

We were pleased with our stay. I was concerned about the contactless, no hotel staff idea. The communications were a bit shaky, which caused a little concern. The property was clean and the hotel room was just fine. The bed was obviously new. Unfortunately, it was quite firm, which I did not like, but that's a personal preference. I had received an email in which I was asked for my verification information. I completed it. The night before, I received a text stating that if I didn't complete the information (which I had completed), I wouldn't get my code. I replied to the text and a while later received a note that it was all set. I was to get my code at 4. I replied to the previous text asking if there was anything missing, and why I hadn't received the code. I received the code at 4:20. So ... it caused a little anx, but was ok. I didn't realize until the next morning that there was a nice lobby (and a lady who came and went, not sure what here role was). They had a coffee pot and baskets of other amenities that you might need more of (shampoo, kleenex, etc). I was able to sit in the lobby, and then out by the pool, enjoying my coffee before my husband work up. The hotel was very convenient. We had reservations at Nectar Farm Kitchen (which was AMAZING!) and the Comedy Cabaret (which was fun), both of which were within a mile of this property. All in all, it was a good stay. I probably would not return because of the firm beds.

The cashier lady was very kind and helpful. The TV wasn't working, and she went to the room and fixed it. The room was very clean. The smoke detector was detached from the wall. The pool floor looked dirty or stained.

Nice hotel near Shelter Cove and Palmetto Dunes. Clean and comfortable. Check in is contact less and there was a awkward tech issue, but everything else made up for it. Clean pool area. Walking distance to Hilton Head Diner, Shelter Cove and a big Mini golf area if you have kids or like to mini golf. Good price for the location.

Had an awesome stay! The room was clean and the bed was nice and comfy. You could tell the sheets were softer than average hotel sheets. The pool was clean and they had towels by the pool. Loved the contactless check in, made it quick and easy especially since we got there late.

This is a redone Days Inn. You can't ignore that, but they've dive a good job with it. I stayed in the 1 bedroom suite. The room was very clean, recently renovated. There was no carpet. There was no room servicing, but I like it that way. The suite was very spacious. This is a good value for someone looking for value. Check-in was via text, with a code sent for your room, which worked fine. I could not stay here with my wife for various reasons - some noise from above tenants, light coming through the not-blackout shades (and lights on outside all night), the inability to control the bedroom A/C (the other unit was fine, but the bedroom one seemed unresponsive). If you're looking for value and don't need fancy, it's a good place to stay. Convenient location, easy parking and access, very responsive staff via text and email. Everything you need for a good basic stay.

Enjoyed contactless everything, my room location near lobby, and pool. Suzanne mgr always excellent and Angie helpful. Lobby coffee station nice and ease of replenish towels, etc. Would enjoy addition of bottled water. Safe area for me, car, and bike. Will definitely return. Thank you for having me.
