The motel was better than I expected for the price. Everything worked. It was clean and convenient. One night, I needed an extension cord to charge my car battery so I asked the owner. He gave me one and told me to return it in the morning which I did at 5:15AM. He got up and answered the buzzer on the day at the same time I checked out too. He was friendly each time I woke him up. I told him I would be back next year. A neighbor was playing drums outside till 11PM each night, but it was no big deal.

I had deep reservations about this motel upon approaching it but my fears were unfounded. The motel had an unorthodox setup where the rooms were divided amongst several buildings. The furnishings were spartan and minimalistic but the room was perfectly adequate and safe and the well maintained lawn and surroundings put me at ease.

The hotel's name is different from the name indicated on Expedia. That was really confusing in terms of finding the hotel, as, in the area, there is both a "street" and a "place" with the same address. Additionally, the night clerk initially insisted I pay $20 extra because I arrived after 10 pm, and my room reserved with a full bed had already been taken by someone else, so he had to provide me a different kind of room. Also, there was a mechanical room adjoining our room, separated only by a lattice door. There were a microwave, fridge, and tv, although I do not know if they were working.
