The view off the roof patio was super cute! Loved spotting our cute pink hotel when doing different things in Avalon. They let us up to our room when our boat arrived in the morning. Overall would recommend for an affordable and cute place to stay.

Great room in an old Victorian building. Fairly close to the mail street. The final 50 yards is a hill (if you have mobility issues maybe not for you) The floors have great patios. There is a full size elevator. No coffee in the rooms but they do coffee downstairs Overall neat, charming.

THE LOCATION OF THE HOTEL WAS PERFECT AND THE ROOM WAS CLEAN AND BIG. FROM THE TIME YOU WALKED IN TO THE HOTEL YOU SAW HOW BEAUTIFUL IT IS THERE. IF YOU GO ON TO THE LAST FLOOR THEY HAVE A PATIO THAT OVERSEES THE OCEAN AND THE VIEW WAS SO GORGEOUS.

Everything is good it’s quaint. Very close to all the shops. Yes it’s outdated and run down. Who cares, it’s a great location for a great price. Room was ready like 4 hrs early as they kind of plan for when people come off the ferry. I would recommend it!
