Clean property. Easy parking and close to Mystic Village. Good water pressure in the shower. Staff was helpful. The first room offered to us has a buzzing sound and we got a new room right the way. It has all the basic you need - fridge, microwave, a safe etc, but nothing too fancy. Good when you are at the hotel for sleep.

We stayed here for the location and price. Is in close proximity to Olde Mistick Village, Aquarium and Seaport Museum. On a nice day you can bike or walk 2.5 miles to downtown area. We will stay here again mainly due to cost and location.

This place was surprisingly awesome. The room was nice, we only stayed for one night and got in late but the gentleman at the front desk was awesome and so kind, he let us know we could go in the indoor pool in the morning. We did take advantage of that, and my daughter had an amazing time. It was a nice stay. Nothing fancy just really nice people.

The staff were amazing & pleasant. For the price it was nice and served the purpose. Exercise room had cardio equipment no weights. Pool was clean but had some age spots. The parking for our room was behind the building with no entrance. The view was a dumpster & what looked like an employee entrance. There was a eating establishment on the premises. All in all I would use this for another weekend getaway

This location was worth it for its location and affordability. You won't be pleased if appearances, amenities, and luxury come first. You pay for what you get. Book a 4-star hotel if you're picky. The hair dryer and the torn torn torn to. The hair dryer was replaced but not repaired. The hallways are plain but good. Room is plain but large. Some 4 star hotels have small rooms. There's plenty of room to move around in this area. The furnishings are out of date. The first entry into the room smells, but after a few minutes, we weren't aware of it. There is one sink in the bathroom and one outside. Although it's an odd arrangement, it's advantageous that you can use the sink when the bathroom is occupied. There is an open closet for clothes with only 4 hangers. Bring your own if this is a problem for you. A fairly large indoor pool I didn't use because it was filled with children. You cannot blame the hotel for this. Its a lovely pool. There is a tiny fitness center, and the equipment works well. Howard johnsons restaurant was in the next building over, from someone who grew up here. Its now the mystic restaurant. Breakfast was very good and you get 10 off only for showing your room key.

Overall, this is a fantastic place. This hotel is clean. The cost is worth 1010 for the location, also the breakfast is not available. The room is clean but old. The bathroom is spotless and updated. If you have a room near the highway, you can still hear trucks passing by. The atmosphere here is more of a perplexing than pleasant.

Definitely a 2 star hotel. For what you pay for, you get what you pay for. Go to a 4 star hotel if you're picky. Don't complain about every detail if you don't want to pay a lot of money for a hotel. brittle toe and a hair dryer. They changed the hairdryer but did not fix the to. The hallway is small but good. The room is small but big. Some 4 star hotels have small rooms. There is plenty of space to move about here. The fixtures are outdated. On the first entry into the room, there is an odor, but after a few minutes, we didn't notice it. There is one sink in the bathroom and one outside the bathroom. It's odd setup, but the advantage is you can use the sink when the bathroom is full. There is an open closet for clothes with a whopping 4 hangers. If this is a problem for you, bring your own. There is a relatively large indoor pool, which I didn't use because it was filled with children. You can't blame the hotel for this. It's a nice pool. Didn't like the lock on the siding door. no cups for a drink. pool looked grungy.Need grab bars in shower and bathroom where needed.Other than these few things we were very satisfied and slept well.
