My family and i stayed here last week and let me just say that the customer service was absolutely impeccable! Carlos at the front desk was amazing! He recommended so many things to eat and do! His breakfast recommendation at The Buena Vista was the best! My families definitely enjoyed starting our day eating there! The housekeeping ladies were very friendly and welcomed us every time we came in contact! They even allowed me to use the vacuum to clean up after my kids! Hyatt you have some really special staff! Please give them all a raise! You definitely deserve it! I will recommend this hotel to all my friends and family! Aloha and Mahalo nui loa!.

The location was excellent, the wharf is a short walk away, and the front desk staff was very welcoming. The rooms were clean and pleasant. Parking was quite expensive! It was just ridiculous that we would have been better off just unwinding from the airport, it costs 65 dollars ps per day for parking plus all the additional taxes and fees! We made our reservation through priceline, paid them, but when we checked out, we still had to pay the hotel about $200. It might be preferable to make your reservation directly through the motel.

The hotel was conveniently located, offering a comfortable level of safety and amenities. Its proximity to the pier and Starbucks made it convenient for guests. The bikes provided utmost convenience for transportation, with no issues with Uber or taxis only taking about 30 minutes to get to and from the airport.

The hotel is still very good, but i am not used to sleeping on the bed. The pillows are a bit too soft and too flat. Service is very nice and hygiene is good. It just feels dated, yet it is clean and tidy.

This place needs some improvements in the rooms and bathrooms, and the place is nice, but there are so many homeless people living close by. The pool and spa also need improvements. The restaurant is fantastic!

This place is a great choice for sydneys. The rooms are clean and comfortable, although the size is small. Great service and efficient valet. Location is also good. Cant beat walking distance to Trader Joes!.

We stayed here with our wellbehaved dog, named hidi, and couldnt have been happier. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. We were allowed to eat in their very open passageway area next to the main dining room, so eating with my dog was really easy. Great location! The hotel is located three blocks from the fishermans wharf and one block from f street trolley. When we travel to San Francisco without our dog or our pet, we usually stay at the san francisco hotel on the embarrassment on an embaracadero, but we were very happy at that hyatt centric fishman's harbor. Once more, i cant express how kind and accommodating the staff were! Will undoubtedly return! And all the stories about the homeless and crime in a city of SF didnt happen during our fourday visit to this area. Some are homeless, some are, even less, than what weve seen in years past.

In late august, i spent five nights here. The hotels location is convenient for both dining and tourism. We had the good fortune to use the pool, which is a rare find among hotels, for ten days while the weather was warm enough. Given that the decor, fixtures, and amenities are all rather outdated, the rooms need to be updated. Functional it is an excellent hotel, but it has fewer vibes than modern.

The location is perfect for tourists with pier 39 just across the block. There are many more attractions nearby just need a walk. The hotel has the perfect breakfast for all day energy with fruits and nuts and hot cooked food.

This was a fantastic stay for three business days. Easy access to transportation and lovely walks around the hotel. The food is not very good, very poor service and rude staff, which is the only reason i wont stay here again, but it could be one person having sour days too. This is really an affordable, nofrills hotel and is ideal for those on fewer budgets. Rooms are very nice and clean and the front desk is generally helpful. I saw many people get food delivered here, so that indicates there are many food delivery options nearby. Personally, ive not tried it (i prefer walking across the street or walking to the chinatown area).

Our stay at the hyatt centric was delightful. The accommodations are quite decent. I cant get enough of the carpet in the room, especially since dogs remain on the floor we were on. Just fine food. Breakfast should be more like 20 vs. 32. All that was required to be done in your room was attended to right away. Luis B is the best guest associate they have downstairs. He received the greatest customer service and satisfaction i have ever had. Give him his flowers and certificates. Thank you, luis, for your kindness and for always calling me by name. Im hoping to see the associates wearing their name tags on them. Overall, they are all a good service team. We appreciate your hospitality.

The room is very comfortable, wellequipped and very clean. There is a supermarket nearby which is quite good. Chinatown and fishermans wharf are not far away. The service is also good quality. If you come to san francisco again, you can consider continuing.

The rate is very worth the money and you can get breakfast as the Holiday Inn Express does across the street. The quality of the room is very amazing with a lovely bathroom and really comfortable beds. The sheets were clean and the room was freshly decorated and tastefully decorated. I like the high-def latitude room, which has a city view. The staff was great and the check-in process was quick. But the only drawback for me is the price.

We highly recommend this place. We had a wonderful week here. The hotel is in a fantastic location, close to the wharf, Ghiradelli Square, and Mason POW trolley line. The staff we encountered were kind and caring. Our room was clean, and the gym was well stocked with cups, water, and towels. There was a wide variety of equipment there as well.

Overall, i had a very pleasant stay. Everything at the fishermans wharf hotel location was very nice, and all the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The valet service was convenient, it is worth paying for parking. I would prefer the bathroom doors to be fully closed rather than sliding barn doors, but overall ive had an excellent stay

Overall, a solid base for securing id. Clean, spacious rooms, and generally very quiet. Max graciously included breakfast to our reservation, which was delicious and the staff were extremely attentive and friendly. The location is ideal for tourists visiting, 5 minutes from Pier 39 or 5 min the other way to the cable car stop (get the muni mobile pass/app it worked out much cheaper for us! Lovely large bed, fridge was useful. Our window was covered by bushes, so the room was twilight. Most of the front desk staff members were very nice, although some seemed irritated you asked them something lol. It appears that the hotel mostly has business travelers, thus the general vibe isnt overly friendly and people dont go out of their way helping or providing recommendations for where to go, to take bags, etc. You just get on with it.
