Staff were very helpful and always quick to reply. The room was nice and comfy and they had a small gym in the hotel so I could do a workout in the two weeks I was there. The staff greeted me every morning and night when I came and it was very nice.

Overall a nice stay. I had a good stay in Chicago. It's just a 10 minute drive from Share Airport in Chicago. The rooms are clean and comfy. The breakfast spread is nice and the veg I had is good, but there is no other option. The staff was polite and courteous.

The staff here is excellent, they are always welcoming from the moment you get here and stay here for a while. The room is comfortable and very well decorated. Plus, I appreciate the extra cleaning! I will stay here again!

This is my first time using a virtual key. I found the key card more helpful. a lovely facility. Very helpful front desk personnel. clean, quiet, and pleasant. Breakfast is charged separately and at a set price. So if you only want a bowl of cereal it's quite expensive. On the other hand, the omelettes are large and delicious.

When I got to this holiday inn, Melissa was really kind and cheerful even when it was 3 in the morning. She was fantastic, as was the room. I will stay here again!.

We had a good experience while staying here, it was a comfortable and roomy room. Aside from the busy Friday night, which was when the room was so comfy, we still couldn't complain about the shaky lift which is being repaired after 4 days. This hotel is far from downtown Chicago, so it would take longer to commute, gas, and tolls. Also, the price that I paid was low. The service and attitude here were so professional and friendly. They gave us the option to have free breakfast or got extra points as gold rewards members. However, they give us a 10 per person rate for breakfast instead of a free one. If this wasn't a big deal, it is still better than going out for breakfast somewhere else. It was also a good choice because the Hilton Garden Inn is several stories above Hampton Inn. Now on to the drawbacks. The elevator broke our entire stay. It wasn't a problem until Friday night when it was full. Some of our fellow travelers were annoyed by the fact that the sheet wasn't breathable and the fitted sheet came off each night. It was a nuisance to wrestle with the sheets, especially since there was no cleaning after school. Even if I could do without housekeeping, the sheets aren't for me. The hotel's location's proximity to downtown chicago caused a long commute
