This place is a true treasure! It is perfectly suitable for couples who wish to escape the commotion of California travel. We stopped here on our way up the coast and were instantly in love when greeted at the door and escorted to our room. We stayed in the Sissinghurst, a perfect room with a courtyard and outside hot tub. We enjoyed happy hour with wine and cheese and then strolled down the hill to Capitol wharf for dinner. We stayed until the last minute of checkout because the room was so luxurious and inviting. The breakfast that was served to us in our room was excellent and elegant. We will undoubtedly return to remain in another room.

The atmosphere is very welcoming and so are the helpful people, and the breakfast was very nice. It's close to the town on foot.

The hotel is a beautiful restored train depot and each room is decorated in distinctive ways that reflect the past and with modern amenities. Our room had a sitting area, a fireplace, and a large bathroom, and it was spotlessly clean. There is a lovely private courtyard with comfy chairs to sit and enjoy a book or a glass of wine. In the afternoon, wine and cheese are served and brunch that is delicious can be brought to your room if you choose. The hotel was very quiet even though it was on a busy road. The beach is a short walk from the city center. The hotel manager, Sugar, was incredibly welcoming. Everyone on staff is polite and quick to accommodate any requirement. A beautiful hotel!.

The price was worth the place. We can't say enough good things about the hotel. We stay here for two nights and find the location of the hotel is quite good. The breakfast with the breakfast was so good and the service from the employee were nice too.
