I enjoyed my stay very much. I would have appreciated guidance to my room, with help for the luggage. I should have asked but figured I could find it, unfortunately, the numbers did not match. Finally found it but had to make an extra trip to the car and the office. Wish I could have stayed longer!! The staff was pleasant, I enjoyed the landscape, beautiful, and the nature walk! The room was clean and had a wonderful view. One of the heaters wasn't working, but after informing the front desk they had it replaced quickly. All the employees are friendly and helpful. Good access to the beach as well

The landscaper has created a floral wonderland. So many rhododendrons, lillies, other native flowers that I can’t pronounce and it’s a beautiful place to visit. The beds were super comfy! We had room 340 and I was worried they’d be too soft from other reviews but they were wonderful. The squeaking from the floor above wasn’t fun but just get a top floor room. Views are incredible. Staff was nice. Loved it. Wish the pool was open 24/7

This place is an absolute GEM of a location! There is beach access, a trail to the Devils Punchbowl, and views that do not end! The room was fabulous, and the staff was tremendous. A side note as well....the lobby coffee was awesome!!! Definitely will be returning!
