The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious and comfortable. However, dont expect any window views. The location is also very convenient and safe in union square, with quick access to the cable car. Although it can be quite close to tenderloin neighborhood a few streets away, for those who are more wary.

We had a great time at this hotel! A lovely boutique hotel that was reasonably priced. Very friendly, pleasant reception and cleaning staff. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. Great location, so close to everything including cable cars. Breakfast was simple but generous and replenished in the morning. A true hidden gem that i would recommend to others.

Charming hotel just a short distance from union square. The beds were excellent, and the rooms are cozy and cozy. Beautiful and wellappointed bathroom. Since breakfast is served in secluded seating areas with only padded seats, it was an intimate affair. It consisted of bagels, yogurt, danish, coffee, juice, etc. You can hear people passing by because the structure is ancient, the halls are narrow, as do the hallways. Although street noise is to be expected, doubleglazed windows would greatly enhance the experience.

The next time i visit the bay, ill most definitely stay here again. I wholeheartedly endorse it, and the beds were also quite comfy! Excellent accommodations, although modest in size, due to the historic structure and location that is anticipated. The bathrooms have been updated, which ive personally enjoyed. A charming boutique hotel in a fantastic location is only three miles from anything in any direction. Union square is fantastic, with many stores close by, china town, north beach, etc. All within walking distance. There is excellent police presence in the area, as well as amiable staff downstairs. Additionally, the personnel downstairs is very welcoming. Furthermore, there is onsite police coverage, plus the continental breakfast on the second floor was excellent and better than hoped for despite its modest size.

This hotel offers excellent value for the price paid, its clean, quiet, and conveniently located. The staff is professional and focuses on serving customers, especially MaryJane who checked me in. She was generally courteous, professional, as well as outstanding. In terms of quality, this hotel is an excellent choice for those seeking accommodation in the heart of san francisco area.

The room is quite cozy. However, the soundproofing is not very good. This is okay if you are not particularly sensitive. Sanitation is performed daily. There arent many breakfast options, only desserts, fruits, and coffee. Its conveniently located near china town. Ding station is only a few meters away.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, the location is convenient for walking or taking public transportation around the city. The surprise $20 fee at the end for the free breakfast left a bad taste in my mouth but other than that we enjoyed our stay.

I cant express how wonderful things this hotel has to offer. The reception was delightful, the location is in a prime location, and our room was fantastic. A few days before our arrival, we were upgraded to the Spreckels suite, which was spacious, tastefully furnished, undeniably clean. We were able to spread out all of our belongings so that we could put them back in our suitcases because the living room had enough space. There were plenty of delicioussmelling soaps, shampoosand lotions on the white marble bathroom, as well as dozens of lovelysmelling detergents.

This hotel close to union square is a great place to stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Although the room was tinier, it still met our needs. I cant beat the price for the location. Breakfast is also good, with only bagels and small pastries and fruit.

We stayed here over memorial weekend and were undoubtedly pleasantly surprised. You are close to all major stops and most places are within walking distance. This is a smaller boutique hotel, but it feels very comfortable. I would say the rooms are nice and clean, the space is adequate, there isnt much counter space or work space in the room, however for someone who doesnt plan on staying all day, this room works perfectly. The breakfast was good, although if you are accustomed to eating breakfast, that wont do because they only serve basic fruit, coffee, bagels, etc. Although it is an old building with no spectacular views, we found the location to be quite convenient for us and, as i previously stated, incredibly pleased with the hotel itself, which, in my opinion, is available upon request. We didnt use the toilet during our twonight stay because we rented eve. There is plenty of street parking (just dont leave valuables inside) as well as lots of nearby garages. Just keep in mind that you can hear the city noise, just like in any other city, when opening the window for the chamber to cool off.

I recommend this hotel to many tourists who are wondering where to stay. The location is ideal, and the room is in a nice condition. Carlos and angela gave us helpful tour instructions. If i return to san francisco, ill definitely visit here again.

The service provided was excellent. We needed a wine opener, and they lent us one. After arriving four hours before checkin, it was nice that they allowed us to explore the city while holding our bags until our check in time. They offered bottled wine for us, which we needed. The speckles suite where we stayed was our home. It is wonderful to have that little extra room. And the duel shower is fantastic. My wife made use of the vanity. Perhaps bringing i would add nauseous amenities. If the room is available, dont charge for early check-in. Really seems silly, do not charge you for an early arrival. Many excellent restaurants were within walking distance, making it easy for me to find affordable prices. Unfortunately, my wife was unhappy that there was no wood available for the promoted fireplace. I would remove it from your websites amenities list.

Excellent position, right near union square. Great restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping are all within easy walking distance. Our room was quiet and quite cozy. It had everything we needed. The front desk was a little amusing, the front door is locked and you must enter with syphoning out get id, but they didnt let us know in advance. There was supposed to be valet parking as well, however, it wasnt when we arrived. We discovered if there was an excellent parking lot nearby, so it turned out not to pose ill. Would return to this hotel.

I would definitely stay here again! This is a very wellmaintained inn in union square, san francisco. Although the reception area was small, it was immaculate and smelled wonderful as soon as i entered. There are believed to be 30 rooms, and the room was both immature and quite large. The personnel were incredibly welcoming.

A fantastic stay right next to union square. Excellent value for the money. Very helpful and friendly staff. Extremely clean room and bathroom. We even received an upgrade! The room was recently renovated and the bathroom was newly renovated.

This location is a hidden treasure. In comparison to other accommodations in the area, the rates here were excellent when searching for lodgings. The resort fees, which appear to be inevitable at any hotel, were reasonable and included complimentary breakfaststyle foods and beverages (fruits, pastries, bagels, yogurt, coffee, tea, juice, etc.). Union square and the cable car stop were both less than ten blocks away from this location, and ubers were also quite convenient from there. Given that we were in an urban center, these rooms were among the cleanest ive ever stayed in during travel in years. It was also very quiet on the second floor, even though we had arrived early and were offered to pay for early checkin or leave our luggage in front of us for free while we checked things out. I adore how the hotel decorated for halloween, so it is lovely. We will most definitely consider returning to stay here! My husband claims it has surpassed the corinthian in London in terms of quality. Our friends say it to have been the friendliest theyve ever lived in. There were only two drawbacks i could think of, however, that the lobby was small and that some areas were cramped while others had plenty of space. Having said that, its an old building with character, therefore it just adds charm.
