We first come to this place, but this is our first time staying here. I like the clean room, comfy bed, delicious hot breakfast, and the friendly staff. It's a beautiful old place.

The location was so close to the stairway, so it was a little loud, but that was normal given the age of the building. That's what we plan to do next. The place is so lovely, with many nice facilities.

The Iowa house will undoubtedly be my first choice when searching for accommodation in Ames once more! As I had no other option, I stumbled across this gem on TripAdvisor and reserved it. After driving all day across America, the icing on the cake was a very comfortable bed, a roomy, great breakfast, and a jacuzzi tub! And, the cost was even lower than all the major hotels in the area! How can you beat such a deal?

The decoration was so charming, they provide a place with very nice cleanliness. The breakfast here was so good, plus the location is close to the restaurants and nearby Iowa State. The service was very great, and there was no elevator I saw. However, if you want a room on the 3 rd floor, be prepared for stairs. And then, there is a room on the first floor that you can choose.
