Just spent the weekend with my daughter. Very clean. The staff was great. The pool and arcade were well kept. Great time had by both of us and look forward to returning. If you enjoy walking, this is in the perfect location. We were able to walk everywhere, minus the small hurricane we were having.

The property was a beautiful building, in the midst of a full renovation, but none of the construction impacted our stay, with the exception of no breakfast being served. I had booked on Expedia and it had appeared like they would resume breakfast after April 30, 2026 but this was not the case. This was my mistake, not the fault of the hotel. The hotel was within walking distance of several breakfast places, so we went and got bagels from a local shop. The newly remodeled rooms were nice, clean, strong water pressure. There was some construction noise after 8am but we were already up. We used the pool twice. The waterslide was only open one of those times as it is manned by a lifeguard and remains closed if no lifeguard is on duty. The waterslide was a blast for the kids. The pool water was warm and enjoyable. The location of the pool was connected but adjacent to the hotel, so noise from the pool did not impact any guest rooms. The theme of the pool with the Mayflower waterslide and hot tub inside Plymouth Rock was unique. The location was just steps from the Plimoth Plantation Grist Mill and Burial Hill, so we were able to maximize our historical exploration with our young kids. If we had more time we could have also walked to Court House museum and probably to Pilgrim Hall as well. We would stay again if we were to go back to Plymouth. Of note: microwave was down next to the ice machine rather than in each room. Refrigerators were in each room. We did not use the spa.

What a wonderful place to spend our anniversary! The hotel’s renovation was well done! We enjoyed the close proximity to amazing restaurants, the ocean, shops, and the music venue where we enjoyed the Wailin Jennies concert. Cannot wait to return!!

We had a great experience for a short 1 day family outing. The heated pool was awesome for our kids, and we were very pleased with the easily walkable location of the Inn. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The facilities were clean, and the room was comfortable. Would stay here again. Thank you

The room/bathroom were clean and updated. The pool was crowded but the kids had fun. The hot tub was also nice but kids kept going in although it says 16 and older. The kids also enjoyed the arcade but some of the machines were low or empty on the prizes. The restaurant on site was closed due to renovation but there are plenty of restaurants nearby.

Had a great experience , besides other guest - kids banging on the door knocking and ditching . Tv was not able to connect to Netflix or YouTube recommend brining Roku tv of fire tv stick with you. Room was amazing and the pool was too . Jacuzzi was closed when we went but overall a great experience , I will be back soon !

Everything was excellent!! The pool was nice and warm. Pool slide was super fun!!! Hot tub great also! Great location, walking distance to the Plymouth rock. Sauna was closed and the bar too but it was a great stay.

Hotel going through renovations, however our room was amazing. The staff was welcoming and very friendly-offering welcome gifts. The craft room for kids was great-very family oriented place. Water park was the big draw and my grandson loved it. Construction finished by end of April-would highly recommend!

This was our first time staying here, and the hotel is undergoing a major renovation. The room was immaculate, and the pool was great. The location of this property is PERFECT for walking through downtown Plymouth—a wonderful town. We look forward to staying here again in the future.
