The flooring was the main problem. Our apartment's carpet was old and filthy. We initially noticed that our feet were black on the bottoms after walking barefoot. We had to wear socks all the time after that and ruined all of our white socks because the stains wouldn't appear. The price was a bit high considering the condition of the floors, the absence of breakfast, and the age of the facility. In mid-february 2021, my spouse and I spent six nights there and had a great time. The motel is older but well-maintained. The very nice company proprietors were constantly present. The key slam and additional slide locks that had been added would both not work. However, the door slam lock was functional. The floor was a little pricey

Even though it is only 90 minutes away from Treasure Island, make sure to stay a day or two there if you have the chance. In the last month, we stayed here on two different occasions. We always have a pleasant and productive service. Our room was very spacious and immaculate. Perfect location for the beach and a short walk over the drawbridge to Johns Pass village. This is our go-to motel and highly recommended!.

The beach is lovely. Their pool is clean, albeit a little too warm for my taste. There are no chairs or towels. Parking for one car. Washing machine and dryer. There are plenty of seating and lounges by the pool. There is also a grill you may use. The two bedroom apartment is ideal for traveling with a friend because it is separate from the living room and kitchenette and is closed off with a door for privacy and quiet. I recommend room 18 on the second floor, which is situated at the very end and has little ocean views from a window and easy access to the stairs. Room 17 is also in a fantastic location. There is a canopy walkway, so you can sit out even in the rain. The bathroom is old but clean. There are few toiletries available, so plan to bring some of your own personal things. There are some dishes, but not enough for a family. There was a to in the living room and one in the bedroom. A simple walk over the bridge into John's Pass and lots of restaurants and stores. A public grocery store is not too far down the road as well. I would certainly consider staying here again.

We will return, perhaps in the fall. The office staff was very polite and friendly. Our room was very clean. There was no carpet on the tile floor! The bathroom had recently been updated. There is no sugarcreamers or tea, no coffee maker, no microwave, small kitchen sink, and no fridge. Really comfy bed and quiet air conditioning unit! Only the walls in the room need some soundproofing. You can hear people in the next room! Short walk to the great beach. The pool is clean and heated and has many lounge chairs. The patio area has several tables and chairs with umbrellas. Gas grill available for guests to use.
