Love staying at Kauai Shores. Great location to explore all parts of the island and conveniently located near many restaurants. Friendly staff. Renovated rooms with great AC (much appreciated after coming from a week at an expensive airbb in princeville where the ac sucked) Lava Lava beach club on property gave something to look forward to in the evenings with the live music every night. Definitely recommend.

Im not much of a review writer but this spot deserves the hype. We had an INCREDIBLE time in Kauai and Kauai Shores Hotel was the cherry on top for a place to lay our heads after a day of adventure. Staff were helpful and friendly, rooms were clean and cute, the beds were very comfortable, the property was lush, both pools were clean and enjoyable. It sits right on the ocean and there are outdoor chairs on the beach to enjoy. You can absolutely swim there if you like but the waves were pretty heavy. Still beautiful and peaceful. The Lava Lava Beach Club on site was great for a quick bite and a drink at the bar. Right next door you can walk to the Coconut Marketplace for some shopping, groceries, and some food options. Its centeal to the north and aouth shore. It was a perfect spot. We would 100% return.

We only stayed one night as we booked this for a close spot to the airport - we still got to enjoy so much! We used the bikes, enjoyed Lava Lava Beach Club, the pools/hot tub and the outside games and beach. Great spot!

I love the vibes here. Front desk staff was always friendly. Lava lava restaurant near property had outdoor games that my lil girl would make friends with and play. Great location mid island point. Rooms were nice and clean. I love all their shower products. Would come again.
