This reminded me of a boarding house more than a motel. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was average and had a couple of broken pieces of furniture. It was cold, and there was snow during my visit. The heat worked quite well, and the parking lot was plowed quickly. Water pressure and hot water were perfect. The WiFi was reliable and fast. They were remodeling the floors and walls while I was there, so there was some debris from the construction. Overall it was an affordable place to stay if you need room to sleep and get some work done. I would not recommend it for a family trip.

My mother and I had to travel to Bucks County for a family affair and stayed two nights at a Rodeway Inn in Springfield, PA and we were horribly let down. So imagine our upset when at the last minute we had to find a place to stay an extra night due to bad weather. I was looking for a place with the least expensive price...basically just a place to lie our heads for the night and after the let down with Rodeway Inn in Springfield I want expecting anything great. I WAS SO WRONG!!! As soon as I went to check in the woman...owner....at the front desk was just lovely. SO kind and accommodating. When she found out I was traveling with my mother she insisted on putting us in her nicest room. It was large, clean and extremely comfortable. Not to mention, convenient...there was a fridge, microwave, huge bathroom....extremely clean...and aside from the beds, which were clean and had wonderfully smelling linens, the room also had a recliner, dining table & chairs, full size dresser, bedside stand and closet area for hanging clothes. It may not look pretty on the outside, but the room was wonderful and the ppl were exceptional. Oh!!! And it had a new, state of the art heating/cooling system with easy digital settings...No guessing if the little dial is in the right spot...not getting hot, then getting cold...we just set the digital thermostat at 68° and slept beautifully all night!!! Center Valley Motor Lodge has earned itself two return customers....for life!!

This was an inexpensive place to sleep for the night during a long road-trip. 1)The internet/wifi did not work. 2)We made reservations for 2 rooms for one night through Hotels.com, but the desk clerk said he could not find the second room reservation. He wanted to charge $23 more than the 1st room for the 2nd room! Fortunately, I had printed a copy of the reservation for proof. 3)When we went to check the rooms, one had no working heat, so we had to get a different room. 4)There were loud people, late at night. Etc...

The hotel was cheap so I can’t complain to much but I generally prefer not to have roaches around me!! Seriously I killed 2 my last night there and checked out about 3 hours later. Overall it was not that bad until I saw the roaches.

I booked this hotel on a Friday night for the next day so my option were limited because I wanted to stay close to Downey park. So For the price of one night, the day before your stay You basically get what nobody wanted. Now if you want conform, cleanest and a long stay this is not for you, pay the extra or book and advance..

I did not expect too much from the motel, but the stay was pretty average. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was good, but the cleanliness was not as good. There was a dirty towel sitting in the sink when we got there. We didn't make a complaint about it, but it was still there

You get exactly what you pay for with the hotel. I have nothing bad to say. Basic room, with old CRT TV. Good place to book if you don't plan to stay in room and just need a place to sleep. Quiet neighborhood.

You get what you pay for, I guess. Hallway was filthy. Room had no chair or bath towel. Bathroom was run down—there was even a dead cockroach in the bathtub. Password didn't work for the internet. Fridge had not been cleaned out from the last visitor. There was no top sheet on the bed. The one good thing was that the mattress was firm, so I survived one night.
