This is a small Inn on the westside of Muskogee. The downtown district is an easy 10 minute drive which gives you a chance to see the town. The staff is very friendly and you can have housekeeping every day. There aren't any frills, so if you are looking for an economical, no nonsense place to sleep while you are in town, then this is a great place. I would stay there again.

It was late and the address led me to the wrong side of the exit ramp.

It was quiet didn't have a lot of traffic. But, it could use some pest control.

Was not very clean. There was no coffee pot in the room. They say free breakfast.... The cereal was super stale and the only other thing they offered was expired vending machine snacks etc Twinkies etc.on the 2nd morning we walked down to get coffee which was supposed to be open at 6:30 (it was 6:50) no one was there. I also don't think an additional $15.00 per day for a dog should be charged. We travel often and was very disappointed with it stay

The place was dumpy. There are nicer hotels in the area for the same price. The pillows were flat and small; none of the furniture matched, there was obvious places in the wall paint that were just blank as a wall mounted lights were removed and the paint hadn’t been touched up.

Upon arrival to the property, it is found to be off of a very beat-up gravel road. The staff (family management) were very friendly. Arrived to my room, to find one of the beds not fully made-up. The main floor lamp / light for the room upon entry, was shoved against the wall, with the lamp shade all messed up, and pointing out into the room. Move the lamp, and a cockroach scampered out... There were multiple flies buzzing around... Shower curtain looked like an oil worker was last in there, with grease left all over it... The place is massively un-kept! Staff is great, but the rest of the place, is dirty-dirty!

All but one lamp in the room didn't work. Room smelled musty and moldy when I walked in. Beds were not comfortable at all. Road to the hotel with horrible covered in potholes. Continental breakfast was a joke eith hostess cakes and two diifferent cereals.will not stay here again.

Room was nice. We had booked a smoking room and really wanted a non smoking room which the hotel staff graciously put us in a non smoking room. The only thing that we had a problem with is we never left the room til afternoon and the maid service left before noon so during our 6 day stay we didn't have any room service. We had to get own towels everyday and empty our own trash. One day the maid was still working and we still didn't get any room service. The breakfast was ok and had a 3 hour time from 6:30 to 9:30 which was good and the room price was really good

The general condition outside did not leave a good impression beginning with the handcart leaning against the building on the sidewalk to the old room a/c unit sitting in the parking lot in pieces. The room had the old tube TV sitting under the sink counter instead of being removed and the carpet didn't look well vacuumed. When I took off my shoes and socks the carpet felt grimy and in need of a good cleaning. I kept my shoes and socks on through the weekend. Generally, the room was clean and the bed comfortable but the generally unkempt look of the grounds and the carpet in dire need of a good deep cleaning put this establishment at the bottom of the list when I am in the Muskogee area in need of a place to stay.

The bed was comfortable and the price was nice. Plenty of parking space. Good neighborhood. The housekeeping left a lot to be desired. The carpet had not been vacuumed and there was pet and human hair on the sofa. The walls and doors needed painting or a good cleaning. I will not stay here again.

They expect you to pay 70 a night and they have you talk in a room with a loud ice maker so you can’t hear anything they say, then finally get to the room and there’s cockroaches running on the walls!!

Smoke alarm looked as if it did not work at all. Part of which was in a drawer. Could not shut off tub faucet. No security bolt or what was the remains of one was hanging on the door. What appeared to be blood stains on the bedding. Paper thin walls and prostitutes or ?? earning money in the next room. Drug addicts with pit bulls outside our door at 2:00 AM.

I refused to stay at this hotel the outside looked like a dope prostitute gathering. The web page showed a great view of the river there was no view. The hotel looks run down. There was bbq grills and chairs outside of the rooms.

This is a safe place with a roof over your head. No bed bugs. And it’s run by a nice family. That’s about it for the positives. Negatives - we stayed in two different rooms. The first bathroom door was difficult to close. The second bathroom door did not close completely. The carpets in both rooms were filthy. The paint on the walls was nauseating and definitely needed repainting. The second room, the picture hanging on the wall was literally falling apart. There is a nearby Georgia Pacific plant that stinks terribly. The bed linens were so uncomfortable that we went and bought soft blankets at Walmart. The breakfast was a joke. Two types of stale sugary cereal, twinkies, cupcakes and Rice Krispie treats. The ice machine was broken. The ac unit sounded like a Mack truck. And the cops showed up to deal with a drunk. Other than that, no problems.
