Room was clean but it was cold. The unit was blowing cold air even though i checked and made sure the control was on 'heat'. I called the desk and a gentleman said he'd come look at it, but never did! When i called back several times after that, the recording said that ext was busy. Ive stayed at several LaQuinta inns during my travels, never had a complaint. I am asking this one time for some type of adjustment due to me not having heat in my room. I had to go to sleep with my jacket on. Also why does the website list free breakfast buffet when there was NO breakfast?!? I did get an apple and pastry in a small brown paper bag, ... a loooonnng way from a buffet. There was no juice. EVERY time I've stayed at one of your hotels, there has been some type of breakfast, at least with the waffle maker and some type of eggs, either scrambled or boiled. There was also cereal and milk, juice, yogurt, etc. every other time... What's going on at this property?

no hay recepcion solo una maquina virtual te atiende!no dan desayuno y piden disculpas por ello es mas facil colocarlo en su portal como hacen otros hoteles no damos desayuno es mas claro y informativo ,haganlo!tampoco dan o proporcionan toallas tomar en cuenta quien lea estas recomendaciones ...hay que llevar nuestras propias toallas para el bano por mas que las pedi el primer dia nadie no me dieron ninguna con cara que de sorprendidos bueno la maquina virtual con la que hablas !pero no me dieron ninguna al segundo dia de estadia tambien fui a pedir y nada no me dieron nada ,nada!ni me proporcionaron ninguna se la pides a un operador que funciona como recepcionista ya que no hay recepcion como tal solo una maquina virtual! se la pedi a la camarera y sorpresa no hay tollas en un escritorio de la recepcion tienen un hoja para que anotes tus necesidades y me anote pidiendo toallas nada no sirvio de nada!jajaja.me he dado cuenta que hoy dia los hoteles con la ridicula respuestas que estan en restaurancion o en remodelacion tienen la escusa perfecta para no dar un servicio determinado y con eso se dan una escusa perfecta!que tristesa me da por que el hotel como esta bastante aceptable ..recomendacion no enganen al publico digan las cosas o coloquelan en el portal y mas sincero. There's no reception, just a virtual machine that attends to you...!! They don't serve breakfast and apologize for it.They also don't give or provide towels, so take note if you're reading this advice...

The room was relatively clean. The outside and lobby is pretty gross. They are supposedly renovating at least that’s what the sign said as to why they aren’t offering breakfast even though on the site it is advertised. I didn’t see any signs of renovation though. I was given a bath mat for a towel and 2 conditioners and no shampoo, which I didn’t realize till I was in the shower. If your looking at price only, then it is what it is. I don’t think I’m staying here again. I’ll spend more and get something more than a bed

This place is in need of massive renovations. From rust on the door jams to peeling wood to ancient tubs, this is certainly not an attractive place. Perhaps that is why check in is done remotely.

I didn’t have any towels or washcloths in the room. Luckily I had a set in my car. The room was clean, but the carpeting was filthy as I found out after walking around barefoot for 15 minutes. Other than that it was ok.

Good location and the beds were comfortable. The room itself was okay, but the bathroom floor was dirty and there was only one small trash can for the entire room, none in the bathroom. The microwave and coffee machine were oddly placed on the sink/toiletry counter. The biggest disappointment was the “breakfast included.” It’s just a paper bag with prepackaged dollar tree snacks (Danish, muffin, chips), not really breakfast. Check-in is done through a video screen with a remote receptionist, which felt impersonal. Overall fine for a quick stay, but there’s room for improvement.

Staff very friendly and courteous. Room beds were comfortable and spacious and cleaned. Bathroom was large but in the shower the water was clogged, the toilet, vanity was dilapidated. The hotel needs some real upgrades the ice maker is in the second floor. There was some very interesting people playing loud music until 12 midnight and some working ladies that were offering night companionship in the parking lot.
