The girl at the front desk when I check in was amazing...she told me her name but I was so tired I forget...I appreciate her empathy towards my situation and she was very pleasant. It's not easy putting a smile on your face when you work the graveyard shift but we were laughing the entire registration. The breakfast was good and the Spanish staff member at breakfast was just as awesome.

The first room we had, the tv went out and it stayed out for 24 hours. When we told one of the young ladies at the front desk, she wasted no time accommodating us with a better room. It was greatly appreciated.

No cleaning of the pool the whole time we were there and the place was a good price so I really can't complain much. I asked for first floor room for handicap and they put us on the third floor

The staff are very personable and helpful. We were not too impressed with the cleanliness of the room or the first floor. In the mornings an employee vacuumed, but by the afternoons the rugs were a mess. Our room appeared as though it hadn’t really been cleaned. There was mold on the handicap bars, floors had sand and dead bugs, counters in the bathroom needed cleaning. At checkout, I told the front desk. I was told we could have made a complaint and got a room change. Understanding this, I chose to stay where we were and check out a day earlier. The grounds are okay and the hotel could probably use some refurbishing going forward.
