Excellent condo for the family. Very spacious, clean, and furnishings. Several large pools and hot tubs. Walking distance to many restaurants and local activities. The one and only problem that we had and most of the other guests are the elevators. I heard so many people complaining about the elevators. They were awful. There were only 2 at the parking garage area for 21 floors. 15-20 minute wait times were common during our stay. I had 2 small kids and we were on level 17 so taking the stairs up and down was not an option. Other than that, this place was outstanding.

The condo itself was beautiful, clean, spacious and had everything we needed. We didn’t have the beach view technically (our sliding glass door was the view of the lake) but the front door out of the condo shows the ocean. The amenities onsite was amazing! Like in my opinion there is no better spot in Panama. A walking distance to Walmart, pineapple Willie’s right in front, a short cross over the road to the beach access. The food onsite is 1000x better than pineapple Willie’s so just eat there and skip the 2 hour wait. My reason in the four stars is A.) the check in process was brutal with my 5 kids and ONE receptionist with a line to the back of the room and then when we got to the front to check in we got told rather coldly that we were sent a link from our host for our parking pass which is an additional fee which seems to be a regular issue with there because myself and a handful of other travelers had to step aside to complete the link process and B.) the design of the building is CLEARLY meant for you not to be able to leave conveniently because the elevators to the parking garage closest to our room are broken and the 3 that were operable were ALWAYS full so we took the stairs 90% of the time. You also have to go to a certain floor to get out at the parking garage which is a pain when you have groceries to bring in and out. We got used to the design by the third day but it was honestly pretty annoying at first. Overall a great stay though the room was beautiful!

We rented a 3 bedroom condo, When we arrived we were supposed to check in at 4 PM we got the confirmation that the room was ready but when we got to the room the cleaning lady was still there, we dropped off our luggage and left so she could finish cleaning when we got back around two hours later it seems as if she didn’t finish cleaning and just left, the floors were horrible very sand and dirty. I called the next day to have them fix the kitchen sink and the ceiling fan in the main bedroom also to clean the floors when the lady arrived to clean the floors we were still there but about to leave she said she would be back at noon when we came back the ceiling fan and the sink were fixed, however the floors were still dirty other than that the trip was amazing and the condo was very nice we actually stayed an extra day.

Overall stay was great only downside is having to wait 15 or more minutes for the elevator and them doing some type of work on the property early so its noisy early in the morning so you can't sleep in.

1. It is recommendable to hire a check-in attendant who actually wants to be there. Attitude matters. 2. Sad that this place would advertise it has a fitness center and yet close it because of fear of mishandling or damaging the equipment. We actually search only hotels with a gym and expect to be able to work out. 3. The unit we staued in desperately needs a new king mattress. Not being picky - you can see how deeply it slopes in the middle of the bed from afar. 4. Cook area over stove and counter has no lighting. Nice pools. Pretty pond. Didn't see fountains show run bc they were never turned on. Nice interior of condo. Be sure you note: This is NOT an ocean front resort. It is across the street and blocked view by an ocean front twin towers resort. Bring your own pool and beach towels. Very lovely balconies with nice, comfortable outdoor furniture.

There were too few elevators for the number of condos on site. Air conditioning in condo would not go below a certain degree. The temperature was not comfortable in the room.

The views from the property were nice! Plenty of pools too. The walk to the beach was decent but we were never given the code to get thru the beach access code so we had to wait til someone walked up that had it! Not near enough elevators for a property this size, wait times were insane! Check-in was not the smoothest! Had to wait on armbands & parking passes, 3 hours after check in. Our toilet was broken, had to wait til next day to have it repaired, but they did show up early & fix it. Some kind of seafood spoiled in the refrigerator and the smell was so awful we almost did not want to put anything in there! I guess overall our room was nice and everything went OK, just these minor things and the terrible elevators. Will never stay at a resort this size again tho, just not for us!

Room 1735 is in desperate need of some updating. With the COVID-19 rate rapidly spiking, I would have thought it would have been a lot cleaner. Luckily, I bought my own cleaning supplies, so I was able to clean (not what I go on vacation for). We also had to go buy new shower curtains because they were awful. The elevator were very slow (had to wait almost 30 minutes one time) with no ventilation. I will not stay here again.

I made the booking, received the confirmation. Then about 2 hours later received a call from the hotel management that they were actually full (they had the available room posted on multiple sites and they processed another booking before mine), so I didn't actually have a reservation. They then offered me another room at a different hotel (with an up charge) instead.

I don’t even know where to begin. So, I’ll start with the most ridiculous experience and I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels around the world. We had just arrived to a quick swim and went back to the condo to a violent POUNDING on the door that scarred us so bad! I approached the door and looked through the peep hole to find a man literally demanding to open the door! I said who are you and what do you want and he responded I’m security with the hotel and I need for you to open the door and give me access. Scared, we refused because of his violent behavior my wife’s phone rings and a woman says she’s at the front desk and security is at our door! I asked this man multiple times what he wanted and he never responded but just kept demanding entry! So I grab the phone from my wife and I ask why and who is this person aggressively trying to gain access to our room. Wait for it ….wait for it…. My wife had walked outside and laid a towel down on the balcony! A towel ! This man demanded access into our room for a towel! All he or the lobby had to do was say …. You have a towel on the balcony can you take it off! and we would have gladly complied but instead they chose for whatever reason to try to force entry into our room over a towel! I can’t make this stuff up.The place honestly is a 3 out of 10 and that’s being generous. All the shops are out of business and abandoned on site, old and out dated property. Spend the extra money and get what you are expecting.
